The staff was very polite and helpful and the location was great for our trip, considering that we had to reach the National Arena, which is a 30 min walk away (or 15 by public transport).

It is a bit dated and as our room was at the 3rd floor, which is a semi-attic, we couldn't shower standing on our feet, as our heads were bumping into the ceiling. Also, as I remember as I did the reservation, the free parking was mentioned in the description and it is indeed free parking available, but on the public domain, not owned by the hotel.

The staff is very accommodating and always eager to help and the rooms are pretty clean and warm, but they are a bit drafty.

Sometimes the internet does not work very well.

The general aspect is good, I liked the fact that most of the room was clean and that the staff was very friendly with requests.

My only complaints are that the bathroom vent was not working in my room, the towels support did not seem very clean and there was no hair drier.

The room was big, clean and with comfortable beds. We spend only one night and it was warm and cozy. The staff was very nice with us and try to make us feel very welcomed. The good part is that there is parking space and after 8.00 p.m you have self check-in with all the details that you need.

The room was clean and very warm! Parking spots are available near the hotel. It is 30 min walk from Arena Nationala and a large mall. There are shops, as well as bus stops near the hotel.

Everything was nice, we stayed just one night because in the morning we traveled further so it was more like a “pit stop” for us but even so we liked it and could recommend it

The cleaning lady knocking the door in the morning. They must know it's disturbing.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Hot water and nice quiet neighbourhood. Veranda mall nearby, exchange and market.

No elevator , the double room was a little cold and for a double bed there was small blanket.

We liked very much the hotel. It was very clean, the receptionist was very nice and speaked perfect English. The hotel is situated perfect and you can park with no problem just in front of it. We will come back for sure.

It was very clean and peaceful, hot water in the bathroom.

The street was a little bit noisy and couldn’t stay on the balcony as I felt the food smell from the fast- food downstairs . The handler from the bathroom was broken and fell down , couldn’t use it to close the bathroom’s door.
