The hotel is centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the furniture looks good, everything looks pretty new and modern! Bathroom is spacious and toiletries are great! We also appreciated the coffee machine and the free drinks in the mini bar. The staff is very friendly and willing to help out with anything although the English language capabilities are far from perfect.

The main purpose of an hotel is the ability to sleep. This was for me and my friend a challenge. We spent 2 nights at the hotel. We both do not like soft mattresses but this mattress felt like a wooden board. Our backs were broken the next morning and we were not looking forward to another night on this mattress (we each had our own room). You will not receive a key but a code (different for each room) in you email. If you do not have a network on your phone because you are from abroad, this is very annoying. We had to write it down on a separate piece of paper. Please distribute key cards!

The ground floor rooms do get a bit loud in the mornings as they are right by reception but not a huge issue if you’re not a light sleeper plus the team was amazing in helping us sort out a room on a higher floor :) thank you!

The hotel is new, clean, very nice in its decor and interior. Staff is very nice, willing and happy to help (especially Dana), and very accommodating. All room amenities are also new, clean and inviting.

The mattress was too hard for me, and the pillows uncomfortable so the night sleep was not so good.

The fact that I didn’t have anything to eat as vegan. I paid the breakfast for two cups of hot water and a 5 to go coffee. I appreciate 5 to go as a business but the coffee is not the best.

The property is newly renovated and the location is excellent, only 10 minutes walking distance from Bucharest city centre's main attractions and restaurants. We had a room with a balcony, the property is very well designed and the room and facilities were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay, even though the breakfast room, which is located downstairs, can get a bit crowded whenever a lot of guests are having their breakfast at the same time and the selection of breakfast items can also be improved a bit (more fresh vegetables/fruits/options for non-dairy products etc.) The only complaint we would have is that it was sometimes noisy from outside the room (from other guests or staff).

Original, stylish , elegant, high quality decoration. Lovely and helpful staff, very comfortable room, Nespresso machine, mini bar. They sent us an email for the code that opens the front door in the morning of our arrival, but we did not receive it on time, so we panicked when we arrived with our luggage in front of a closed door. There was a phone number to call, but luckily, as we were waiting for it to be answered, someone was coming out and the door opened. Do check your emails, before you arrive! Very nice breakfast too.

Although the breakfast was great, the orange juice was a sugary drink. For a hotel of this high standard this need to be improved.

We have booked 3 different rooms in the hotel. It was a family reunion week. Overall, excellent rooms, excellent service and facilities, with very attentive staff to your needs. The rooms are well refurbished, almost like new, very comfortable. Special thanks to the team providing breakfast and cleaning, big professionals and customer oriented. Emy at the reception was equally professional and very quick in resolving any issues. In general, the hotel is not very big which allows a lot of privacy. Everything is new and clean. Whenever we needed anything additional, our requests were treated almost immediately and with high standards of care. They have also implemented a high-tech solution for accessing the building and the rooms. The hotel also provided umbrellas for the rainy days. The breakfast was until 10 AM and certain choices changed every day. It was quite diverse and hefty. Also, the breakfast room was open throughout the day and night in case someone wished a coffee or some yogurts. There is also a patio/terrace which probably in the summer is a perfect paradise spot. Thanks to all the stuff for providing all that we needed during our stay. It is highly appreciated. Definitely recommended.

Highly recommend the hotel! We stayed there this week, we really liked the style of the hotel. A small, comfortable hotel, very clean down to the smallest details. Varied breakfast, really central location, You can see that everything after the renovation is really fresh.. The staff were extremely welcoming, and very accommodating when we asked for some extra pillows in the middle of the night. The refurbishment and the cleanliness of the place were of extremely high standard. Good breakfast. Decent central location too.

Really not major, but we just thought the setup of the buffet area was a bit awkward, as it was difficult for more than two people to use it at the same time. Perhaps it could be extended and/or relocated? We also thought the smell of the air freshener in the public areas was a bit too strong - but this is just a personal preference :)

The hotel is small but very cozy. One of the best features was the self-service setup—entry codes are provided in advance, so there's no need for keys throughout the stay. We loved the FREE minibar in the room (we were amazed by it until the last day!), and there's a kitchen on the ground floor with free access to water, juice, tea, and coffee. The hotel also has a comfortable terrace, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The location was ideal, just a short 10-minute walk from the Old Town, right in the heart of Bucharest. Special thanks to Dana and the rest of the staff for being so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the center while enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.
