This hotel is simply good - and has its place directly at the beach! Free beach towels & sunchairs, the room and bed were very comfortable too. Hot shower worked perfectly well. Check in is at the nearby restaurant, For check out just leave your key in your room and go. The steep stairs (mentioned here in quite a few reviews) were no challenge at all (for me). The restaurant does not open before 10,am but there sre many other breakfast optons around.. Free water, Pepsi, coffee and snacks in the room. The beach is brilliant for siun bathing and swimming!!. Perfect place to licl back and relax

The room is on the beach literally and is ultra quiet. the best of the best are the sunsets... The design and comfort is great with hard enough mattress. The food is simple and fresh and the beach walk is outstanding. For those that love coffee and french breakfast, there is a little place just a few mins aways

You need to manage the mosquitoes and not open the door when at down. The aircon needs to run at all times otherwise the room becomes damp. We can't sleep open windows or doors as it is on the ground floor.

Walk out and you are on a beautiful beach with relaxed vibe. Room was very nice, bed super comfortable. Staff 10/10 for helpfulness and friendliness. Duty manager was great, our hot water didn't work (tree fell down on wires previous night) and he got someone in quickly to replace unit. Hotel restaurant on beach served tasty, well presented food.With attentive staff you didn't have to wait long for service. Next door provides great massage. Close to everything you need.

The proximity of the hotel to everything a tourist might need: cafes, shops, a drugstore. Their own cafe is one step away from the villa. Super friendly stuff is really helpful. Clean white towels and bed sheets are not that easily found in this lodging segment so we were pleasantly surprised having had it here.

The bed is way too hard even for Thailand. As the villa is situated right on the beach, I couldn’t sleep because of the waves beating along the shore due to the rainy day. The owner’s cafe opens at 10 am, so if you want to have breakfast earlier you would have to consider other options.

The price is great, and the hotel is clean and cosy, located right next to one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket. The rooms are spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, just as we needed. Nearby, there's a fisherman market where you can enjoy breakfast, and right in front of the hotel, there's a minimart, making it super convenient for any shopping. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, offering lots of dining options. I highly recommend staying here!

OCEAN! A complete sense of life on the beach. The ocean is the first thing you see in the morning and you can hear it all day in your room.

The restaurant can be noisy but it closes at 10pm. There were no drawers or shelves for clothes in the room. The water in the sink and shower did not drain well.

This small hotel was exactly what we were looking for - rooms were comfortable, super clean and well laid out. We were welcomed by gracious and helpful staff, who gave us extra assistance and support that really made the end of our month-long trip to Thailand a lot easier. The location is unbeatable and enabled us to take full advantage of the beach, the water and Thai hospitality as we wrapped up a memorable stay in this beautiful, friendly country.

Everything was great! A few more beach chairs for lounging out front might have been nice, but we appreciated the beachfront table for sharing drinks and food!

Nice well-equipped smaller bungalow right by the beach. Everything looks like in the photos. The beach is large and, compared to most competitors in Phuket, certainly one of the quieter ones. The restaurant in the area where the bungalows are located also cooks very well. It is also pleasant that you can also enjoy dinner on the beach under the illuminated palm trees. The service and staff are also a pleasant surprise. We can definitely recommend it for a few nights. ... On the one hand, the beach and the environment around it are nice. On the other hand, the place is a little out of hand and it is more like a few streets than a small town with infrastructure. It depends what one is looking for. In any case, it was great for us for the night after our flight, we would definitely stay a little longer next time.

Perfect location on the beach and Nai Yang centrum. Many restaurants, shops and massage places next to hotel. Room was simple, clean and nice. Staff was helpful and took good care of customers. Definitely the best thing of this hotel was the location, just a few steps and you were on the beach restaurant having great breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beach was calm, long and very beautiful and good for swimming. Many restaurants at the beach. Nai Yang beach and this location of the hotel was one of my favorite during my vacation in Phuket.

Very sweet and welcoming staff, did their best. The location (my room was ten steps from the beach) is exceptional. Restaurant at the hotel provides the tasty meals for very reasonable prices! Amazing little fridge and kettle, it was so cute and useful.

Restaurants is open only after 10-11am! it’s a little too late for the breakfast. Problems with a toilet which I got. And the water in the shower could be much warmer. Not sure, where to put it, in good or bad, but I had a personal little lizard, which lived with me in the room 😀
