Easy to find comfortable good parking

The front desk smell like cigarettes there is nothing in the fridge

We stayed in a typical, standard room with two queen beds and overall, our stay was good. The beds were comfortable and a decent breakfast was served with items that were replenished regularly.

We had a few issues with the air conditioning unit that was not warming up the room (throwing cold air instead). It took two visits from maintenance to finally get the room warmed up (but it eventually did!) We also had an issue with the shower - the water was only coming out from the bottom spout and it took some time for it to come out of the top shower head (but it eventually did as well).

Breakfast adequate, I drank coffee and had oatmeal, that's just me. Bed was comfortable, pillows, linens and furnishings average. Outlets were loose on some lamps. No USB or USB-c. Wifi was not secure. 5g in area. The casino seems to have driven up the price of a hotel in Springfield, my home town of 50 years ago. I was comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

need: upgrades to towels and pillows, need distilled water for CPAP, some outlets on lamps would not hold plugs(loose). Updates to wifi, add USB and C outlets.

OMG ! Where do I start ? My reason for traveling to Springfield mass was to play with my traveling team inside Naismith Hall of Fame what a great time we had we tried to attend every year is exceptional experience visit us on Front Court, Masters to play or just to come watch we enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. Staff was exceptional. Wolves were clean. Breakfast was complementary which was very good by the way parking was abundant. I was even able to see, my vehicle from the hotel room 817 we didn’t take advantage of the swimming pool Laundromat or bar area Which was also available overall I give it 10 stars will be back next year. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The location was the reason for my choice. And, it was perfect. A bonus was the staff and the facility. Both were great. The manager "Audios" was amazing. He went out of his way to help when I ran into room and computer issues. His attention to detail, and a customers need is outstanding. The room and bed were very comfortable and quite.

I would say nothing. Do realize this is an older hotel furnished and decorated in darker tones. So, if you are looking for brand new contemporary colors and furniture you might be disappointed,

Everything it was quiet really nice staffs the lady that does breakfast greeted us in the mornings the pool was very nice too it was deep lol but the kids and I loved it oh the girls loved the post that was in the pool they kept messing with me cuz it said no adults should not swim alone 😂🤣

That I couldn’t extend my stay I had to leave I reserved the room for three days but I wanted to stay more days but couldn’t they didn’t explain why only said that they get busy on the weekends but other than that it was great ( another hotel told me why I couldn’t extend my days )

The property was very clean. The room was a nice size and also very clean. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but was fine for the one day we chose to have it. They also had a bar in the lobby which was open until about 11:30 pm, which was nice to grab a drink and head back up to the room. Perfection location for going to the Big E and NBA Hall of Fame. I would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway!

Honestly I don't have anything bad to say about our stay. The staff was great. The room was clean and spacious for us. The breakfast was your typical free breakfast at a hotel. This place exceeded my expectations and we definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and patient! Our room was nice and cozy. Loved that they had a small area located right next to the front desk where you can buy snacks and a drink. The hotel is also located right next to a dunkin donuts and is not far from a shopping center! Definitely would stay here again!

In our hotel room, the shower head was slightly coming off the wall, and the pressure was constantly changing while trying to shower. And one of the handles on the tv stand was broken so when we went to open it here the mini fridge was located it just kept popping off

Everywhere was clean from the moment I arrived. I should have come down earlier for breakfast to enjoy everything. Even the elevators and outback were clean. I brought a dog, and she was treated with respect and awhs and a bone. This made her first hotel visit perfect.

Untimely, I arrived while some type of school athletic team was there. They were all polite but worried our pup. If the seminar was on a different day, possibly better, but oh well can't have everything. The only suggestion I have is an optional bathtub chair for the disabled.

Most everything but I did learn some things staying with you again. If something is not right then we can call the desk. I also didn't know there are quiet hours.

The room next door was too loud and I think the sound proofing could use some updating. I did not know that I could call the desk about the noise until we were ready to leave.
