Quick access for what we came for and the pool. The room was tidy. The beds and shower were clean. The staff was very friendly.
The floor was not very clean. There were no towels in the room but the front desk was an easy walk to ask for them.

Close to main attractions in Foley.
Ceiling, over bathtub, leaked and dripped water. I told front desk clerk. She didn't seem interested.

Breakfast was great. Need to a Hot Chocolate Bread or Biscuits. More juices Pineapple,etc.
The bathroom vent was sticking out from the wall.

Breakfast was excellent!! Rooms were clean. Friendly staff. Spectacular location for shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, Walmart and a variety of other stores, most within walking distance.
When we checked in we were required to provide a credit card number for damage charges for the rooms. I SPECIFICALLTY asked the desk clerk if my card would be charged before we checked out and I was told no. When we got to our room and I was checking out my bank account there was a $100.00 charge already on my card from this hotel. NOT HAPPY! The charges were returned about a week later but we felt accused of destroying the room or something before we even stayed! Not good public relations!

clearly a cheaper, outdated hotel, questionable smells, bath not draining well, toilet squealing through the night which is ok when looking for a cheap hotel to sleep in get up and leave but $129 is way overpriced. 69-79$ was expected.

it is a beautiful place the staff are very friendly
the elevators take so long sometimes even 20 minutes they are very small too and it takes soo long for you to be able to get in because ppl may have the cart to for the baggage and you just have to wait since it has 35 floors
