Perfect hotel. I travel around the world and stay in many hotels, but here I get the highest ratings. Respect. Perfect room. There are no deficiencies. Gentle, quiet cleaning when there are no guests in the room, and at least twice. Breakfast and dinner with a huge selection. What is important and unusual is free drinks, water, coffee and squeezed juices with dinner. There are 4 types of sunscreen on the beach, unlimited drinks, towels and help with getting to the beach. It is worth adding that we rented 5 different rooms in this hotel and each of us was delighted. And live flowers add a special charm to this hotel. Really perfect.

However, the SPA may lack a Turkish bath and the tour is a bit "confusing" :) but that's no problem.

Walking to the Mall is very dangerous with no pavement and the continuous stink of smoke in the main lobby areas from the smoking which is permitted in the completely open cafe/lounge area is not something that should be happening in 2025.

The property is best located hotel in Doha. The property is huge with lots of amenities to discover with its own private driveway to the hotel’s entrance which makes it all the more grand as you approach it. I loved that it had three restaurants on site which made it easy to stay in the compound if you wanted a relaxing and quiet dinner. Lots of choice at breakfast and very kind and responsive staff. I needed to change my room and they were very responsive in sorting this out and making sure I was comfortable. A truly 5 star hotel 🌟

There was only one thing and that is that they allow smoking in the ground floor lounge bar. I understand not all countries have banned smoking indoors but the issue is the lounge bar is partly open plan and adjacent to the front desk and the large foyer. So customers approaching the front desk, the front desk staff, floor guides and the security have no choice but to be hit with the smell of tobacco (which is quite unpleasant) if there happens to be lots of men relaxing in the lounge and smoking. Smoke also rises so rooms at a lower level on that side of the building will undoubtedly be able to smell it in their rooms.

From the moment we arrived at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of genuine warmth, elegance, and outstanding service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism made a lasting impression on us. Now that our holiday has come to an end, we wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for an unforgettable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will look back on it with great fondness. A very special thank you goes to Abdoul Majid, who truly made our time at the beach one of the absolute highlights of our holiday. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness are exceptional. Every single day, he welcomed us with a big smile and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Nothing was ever too much for him,his dedication and positive spirit made a lasting impact on us. We travel frequently and have stayed in many places around the world, but meeting someone like Abdoul Majid is truly rare. He is not only a professional, but a genuinely wonderful human being who brings so much heart to what he does. People like him are what set a place apart and make guests want to return. We stayed for just one night at The Ritz-Carlton Doha and honestly, we wish we could’ve extended our stay—but we had to return to Riyadh because my husband had work. Our whole family enjoyed the experience, especially our two kids, thanks to the Ritz Kids Club. It’s a fantastic space for children aged 4–12, where they can do coloring and enjoy snacks if they feel hungry. It was a great bonus for us as parents! We loved the pool and beach facilities. The indoor pool is open until 1O PM, the outdoor pool until 8 PM, and the beach area is open until sunset. However, one suggestion: during the hot summer months, it would be nice if the beach area opened earlier, maybe around 6 AM instead of 8 AM, so guests can enjoy the cooler morning hours. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view, although it felt a bit small. We appreciated the welcome fruits, which was a lovely touch. That said, we noticed that the soundproofing wasn’t great—we could clearly hear noise from the neighboring room, where it seemed like a small gathering or party was happening. It didn’t last long, but it did affect our rest for a while. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, and we truly enjoyed the breakfast at The Lagoon—great variety and quality. They also kindly granted our request for a late checkout at 2 PM, which we really appreciated. We also tried the spa, and it was a relaxing and well-equipped experience. Overall, it was a very memorable stay with a few small areas for improvement. We would definitely love to come back to The Ritz-Carlton Doha in the future!

Excellent hotel with a brilliant pool area for family vacations but also for business travelers. My thanks especially go to the extremely friendly staff throughout the hotel who strive to fulfill every wish.

What I didn't like was that I gained 4kg in 10 days. The excellent breakfast and dinner buffet was responsible for this. I would especially like to thank the German head of the kitchen and the buffet manager from Georgia for this 4kg 😡😂
