Property is well located within falls church. A short bus ride to the metro. Rooms were spacious and the entire property was surprisingly clean, given that it's a long stay hotel that equips reach room/ suite with full kitchens. There aren't any frills like breakfast, but i think the reasonable price and fully equipped kitchens make it a competitive option for anyone seeking a longer stay option. I very much enjoyed my stay of 6 nights.

Some guests were a little on the rowdy side;I was staying over the new year's holiday, so that's likely why.

This place had everything I needed - a very comfortable bed, a small kitchenette, adequate size bathroom and storage, easy parking ($5/day). Everything worked and appeared clean. Overall, I was delighted with my room for a 5-day stay. I feel like this property offers good value, and the people working there are polite and helpful.

I didn't notice that there was a $5/day extra charge for parking - not a big deal, but perhaps the listing could show this more prominently. Also noticed that the walls were on the thin side - I could hear some noise from other rooms, and definitely from the parking lot.

My reservation met and over met any expectation I might have had for my semi-long stay in Washington. I was there for 5 weeks, the place was perfectly convenient, the staff friendly and efficient. I almost felt at home

Please add a cookie sheet and an oven-safe dish for your ovens. It would help a lot for those of us who stay a bit longer and don't always feel like eating out or taking out their food

We travelled by car so the location was great, I loved the neighborhood, quiet and safe, the building looked so American (sorry, tourists here). The room, studio actually, was very big (we even had a kitchenette), the bathroom was nice, spatious room, big TV. The bed was very comfy. 20-25mins by car till Washington DC. The staff was very kind and helpful. It has parking. We enjoyed our stay. *We recommend Cafe Kindred for breakfast, 5mins by car, 10mins walk.

You have to pay for the parking, $5/day. If you arrive late at night, you might not find an available spot for your car. We were lucky to find the last one available one night.

I pretty much liked everything

I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom sink did not have any type of water pressure when you turn the faucet on at all that was very frustrating. Other than that everything else was great.

It was a good value for a one bedroom suite at the last minute. The suite is updated and has everything you would need. The area has an old town vibe and there are places to go within walking distance..

It is an extended stay hotel, so be prepared for the smells that come from people cooking and being there longer than a week or so. We were put next to the elevator on the 4th floor. It was very loud. The walls are thin too . The parking is very narrow. There is no breakfast if you like that.

We liked the space that we had with the suite. It was very roomy. The full kitchen was so nice to have too! It also included all the dishes and utensils we needed. Everything was very clean.

The fold out couch bed wasn't what we expected. It wasn't bad, just not what we expected. There wasn't a sheet provided for it either, only a blanket and pillow. We didn't have enough towels and washcloths in the room upon arrival. It was a small inconvenience though, and when I went down to the front desk they were very accommodating.

The room was very comfortable for our family of five. The location is a good budget-friendly choice for visiting Washington's museums. Shopping and restaurant options around made the stay really enjoyable.

The hotel feels a little worn down. We had clogging issues in the bathroom and the receptionist gave me some tools to fix it - i enjoy DIY at home but it was my first in a hotel.

I stayed for 4night. And I extend for one more night For studied proposal. It’s was a very lovely stay! The rooms are so comfortable. And I feel like home because the studio has a full kitchen. I could prepare my meals. It’s was very clean. The staff it was very respectful and kind when I need help.

Would be nice if they have more lounge spaces or more things in the store over the front desk.

The location, though perhaps not the best for DC tourists, is ideal for us. Good value for the money. Friendly and responsive staff. Parking is $5 per day. Beds are comfortable enough. It works.

No more free breakfast, but you can't have everything. FYI, the sofa in living room is not a pull-out -- you just put sheets on the sofa, which is not going to work well for teenagers or above. Door key card system is unreliable -- takes a few attempts every time.
