Overall my experience at this hotel was great! Hotel fully met my expectations. Room was small but comfortable, very clean, hotel had a nice interior design, breakfast was good, hotel staff was professional and very friendly, especially the Dutch lady at the reception (sorry, I don't know her name) - greetings to her from Vilnius! I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Valencia.

The only problem was a poor sound isolation. I could hear very well even when my neighbours took a shower. Ear plugs partly helped, although I still sometimes woke up in the morning from the noise from nearby rooms or staircase area. It didn't ruin my holidays, though, and I noticed that poor sound isolation is very common in the buildings in Southern Europe in general.

The location was so handy, less than 10min walk from the Metro stop Angel Guimera which comes straight in from the airport. The Hotel is centrally located, only a 15min stroll to all the main squares. 5min to the bull ring, sadly not open till 2026. Quick easy access to all metro options and buses. The hotel room was perfectly adequate, clean, good space, plenty of hanging space for clothing, a safe provided, small fridge, Aircon that works. We enjoyed the breakfast, plenty of fresh items and juices available. We arrived around 10:30pm and were greeted with such polite and friendly service, suggested a place or two locally for us to grab a late bite.

If we had to pick anything if could only be the, oh wait there is nothing.

The location is excellent. The room was big enough and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel counts with sufficient amenities. There is a public parking just opposite the street and the hotel staff can stamp the ticket so it costs 17 € instead of 30 € per day.

The walls of the room were very thin and one could hear the conversations and child crying next door. The only window gave in to a gloomy courtyard, bangkok style. Note that one can park counter is on the minus 1 floor, not minus 2 floor (which is what the hotel staff repeatadly explained).

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Hotel has great location: just couple of minutes of walking to main attractions, not far from train and metro stations, plenty of caffe around. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially gentlemen at reception were welcoming and helpful. Very decent breakfast with selection of ham, cheese, pastries, yaourts, fruits, eggs, juices etc. Room was spacious, had comfortable beds and pillows, and good shower. The only downside we found during 5 days stay is poor soundproofing. If you have neighbours with children or with loud voices, you will hear everything.

Property is in a great location, walking distance to the heart of Valencia & also close to Xativa Metro station where you can catch the train to the airport & the beach. The hotel is not the fanciest place but it was very clean & the breakfast offering which was included in the room rate was really good.

Walls are very thin so you can hear people chatting & coughing etc very clearly from the next room.

Very nice, small, but clean. Rooms quite small but clean and tidy ours smelt of fresh paint or something which wasn’t the best but definitely recommend great location and lovely staff

Breakfast was great……definitely recomend B&B. but don’t ask for a take out breakfast cause your leaving early and messed up booking two night B&B….appalling, two pieces of white bread 🤮 no butter and processed ham and a bit of cheese. Worse tasting yogurt fruit juice and an orange, a rip off for prob €15 pp especially when we experienced breakfast and there was lots of variety and tasty foods. Very disappointing

This hotel looked old from the outside, but it was recently refurbished and quite good. We enjoyed the room and location. This is, in general, a good hotel to stay at in Valencia.

There is always a really bad smell in the lobby, but besides that, the issue we had was the food smell, which I believe was due to breakfast preparations that came in during the night and woke us up. The check-in receptionist was rude when we arrived, but the three other staff members we met were very kind.

Location was excellent. Within easy walking distance of the sights of the old town and the plaza de ayuntamiento and just a few hundred yards from the Xativa metro station with connections to the airport . The room was comfortable and clean , shower worked well . Breakfast was simple but fresh - plenty of fruit, breads, cheeses and cold meats . The staff were without exception pleasant and helpful the whole time - putting up with our faltering Spanish and then speaking good English if required.

It’s a small simple hotel so it doesn’t have a restaurant or any kind of spa/ pool etc but we knew that in advance so didn’t expect that. There is a kettle provided in the room to make tea/ coffee but at least in our room there wasn’t a convenient plug for it and so we had to use one next to the bed or in the bathroom. Some reviews have complained about noise from neighbouring rooms - we stayed during the fallas so there was a lot of noise outside the room in the street but again we expected that . On the nights we stayed after the fallas had ended we didn’t hear noise from the street or from other rooms.

The location is absolutely perfect—within walking distance to all major tourist attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Just let her know what you’re interested in, and she’ll point you to the best spots. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

The prices can be more friendly:) rest all perfect
