The property was unique and lovely. The staff members were super nice and accommodating. We had two huge suitcases, and staff members were more than willing to help us with them to the rooms and when we checked out. Having the pools and massage at the facility was incredible. Loved the location as well. Very affordable. The prices were incredible as well.

Our room had a barrier that blocked the views from the windows. If I stayed here again, I would spend more to get a room where we could see outside. I misunderstood and thought , as someone staying at the hotel, we would have a private visit to the pools. There were probably 10-14 others in the pools. The massage was great, but I didn’t realize we would be in a room with 5-6 others getting a massage. Not a huge deal.

"I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were absolutely adorable, featuring a charming Mudejar style that gave the space an authentic and historic feel. The attention to detail in the décor really added to the ambiance, making it feel like I was stepping back in time while still enjoying modern comforts. One of the highlights was the salt baths – they were incredibly relaxing and provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. What truly made the stay exceptional was the fantastic staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their warmth and professionalism added an extra layer of comfort to the experience. Overall, the hotel's old-world charm, luxurious amenities, and outstanding service made for an unforgettable stay. I can't wait to return!"

Good location, we had the suite so the room was massive. Loved the use of the spa for an hour and tea with biscuits. Really quick WhatsApp replies from the hotel.

Had a bath to warm up and the water was not that warm - small compliant to be fair though. Not a complaint but didn’t realise we needed to book breakfast 24 hours before, found out when in the room at 4pm and we only stayed one night so didn’t get a chance to see what the breakfast was like

Location is fabulous, central with walking distance to most historical destinations and restaurants. Free access to the baths is a real bonus : it was 38deg when we stayed in late June . Super clean, lovely staff.

The breakfast was ‘okay’ but had too many pastries , the fruit was fine , real orange juice though but didn’t have any coffee which was capsule machine in the room :(

The staff proactively reached out before arrival to offer practical suggestions regarding parking and access to the hotel, plus confirmation of checking times. On arrival, staff were extremely helpful, the room (a standard suite) was very clean, well decorated and welcoming, and entering the Arabic baths is like stepping back in time. Extraordinary!

We forgot to let staff know that we wanted breakfast 48hr before arrival (our fault) but the staff were very helpful, providing us with suggestions for local cafeterias.

The personnel is very nice, we got help taking the suitcases to the 1st floor. The hotel is located between 5 and 15 minutes on foot to most attractions. We ordered breakfast, the only downside is that we couldn’t choose the food. But they accommodated us with the timing. Overall great place and our room was beautiful with good A/C, so necessary when it’s 95 degrees outside.

Authentic- beautiful building & baths. Felt like you were staying in a historical place. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. ‘Charley’ was super helpful and gave us great recommendations of where to eat, drink and take in the views. Massage was relaxing and breakfast delivered to your room was excellent value. Clean and well managed.

Bed was ok but not super comfortable- same with a/c. Room has no windows but we knew that and this was the character of the building. Simple but authentic.

One of the most fun and memorable hotels we’ve ever stayed! The staffs were super friendly and the Arab bath was really fun and relaxing. The restaurant near the hotel, which was recommended by the staff, was great too.

Nothing really. We needed to take taxi to the hotel from the train station. But that taxi trip itself is kind of fun because you can view Toledo from inside and outside. Also, we were impressed with the taxi drivers skill to drive in such narrow roads of Toledo!

We loved the location, easy to walk to all the main sites. The staff are really helpful and the rooms are comfortable with lovely interiors. The best thing is spending the day walking the wonderful streets of Toledo and returning to the hotel for a soak in the hamman, warm baths under the hotel, followed by the tea offering. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay.

A surprise to find our room rate included use of the Hamam Pools which was great after all those cobble stones in town . The front office staff where sensational especially Carlotta who was so great and spoke perfect English

The front doors ( two of them)where locked after hours so you had to unlock them with your keys to exit and enter . Can imagine in and emergency and in the dark that could potentially be a major issue. Pretty sure that wouldn’t be legal in Australia.
