Very nice small boutique hotel, excellent buffet breakfast served in a lovely dining area or outside, if the weather is good. Convenient parking free of charge. Walking distance to the lovely Goslar old town.

Everything is fine, but take into account that the hotel is located on a hillside so there are not so few steps to get there from the street/parking level and once you get there, there is no lift inside. Just a thing to consider if you have mobility problems or travel with a heavy luggage or with small children. Discounted prices are available sometimes, but usually it is rather expensive.

Great position, perfectly clean, quiet and spacious room. Well maintained garden and very good breakfast - fresh and local products.

Design lightning are very nice but in the bathroom they switch on automatically and if going in during the night this might be inconvenient for the person who is sleeping. Also, some light enters the bedroom via the bathroom.

Top tier breakfast, one of the best we ever had (anywhere). Everything is modern and clean. Very good WiFi. The room is a good size, with great views. The bathroom is also spacious. Free parking is available, there are many spaces. Perfect location to reach Goslar old town by foot. Super friendly staff.

The hotel is the outskirts of the town, on a hill at a 5 minutes drive from the city center, in a quiet neighbourhood. Our room was modern, quiet and spotlessly clean but what we loved most was the giga-enormous, tasty buffet breakfast in the morning which contained everything one might desire (both salty and sweet, which is not so common in Germany)

We really enjoyed our stay, we where in Goslar for a wedding, LIONO Boutique Hotel was about 10 minutes walk from the train station and very central. At check in our hosts gave us some information on the town and the best attractions, then they brought us down to our room. They also organised out taxi to the church for the wedding. The breakfast room is spacious with the option to dine outdoors in the garden. there was a good selection available. Our room was clean and a good size.

Everything about it and with it! It’s beautiful, well maintained and clean. The people there are very welcoming and also very in details to make sure our boys are happy, which made us happy. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was very good. The room was quite good, big and clean. The location of the hotel is really walking distance to Goslar city center.

The heating system in our room was not working at all at night, Tried and opened everything to fix that at night but no luck. Somehow it starts working in the morning around 6AM. For the cold nights it would be impossible to sleep there. Our friends stayed in different rooms and apparently issue was only happening in our room.

Lovely place. Great facilities. Great breakfast. Only small niggles which can be addressed by choosing the correct room.

No parking available although we arrived very late so it might be our mistake. We parked on the street across, no issues but there was a storm in the night and branches hit our car :( Basement rooms are a bit too hot, it is difficult to sleep. Next time we would take on upstairs.

Stylish hotel within a short walk from the medieval old town. The room was really comfortable and spacious; also due to the location of the hotel: really quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, with local delicacies and healthy options available as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant recommended for dinner by the hotel was also a very good choice.

The terrace was really inviting for the breakfast, but we were (rightfully) recommended not to eat there due to the wasps. Alternatively the breakfast room was really nice and comfortable, so we were happy to eat there instead - and enjoyed our coffee on the terrace afterwards.

Independent late check-in was possible, very clear instructions were provided. In spite a very long delayed train, we managed to get in without issues. Plus a very neat, very spacious room, and very clean after a very tiring train ride made us sleep comfortably. We were lucky with the weather and we were able to relax on the balcony and listen to the birds chirping. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great! Although the train station was about 10 mins or less walk, but, if you can wait for the bus, the stop was right at the front of the hotel.
