Only 5 minutes by walk from the beach 10 minutes by walk from restaurants and convenience stores 20-25 minutes by walk from grocery store The pool is so peaceful and the place is quiet Staff was nice to us, always asking if we need anything, gave us beach chairs to enjoy the beach better. We were kindly allowed to check in earlier and check out later. The room was really clean and with new furnitures Overall this is one of the best place we’ve ever done in the US and we definitely recommend this place

The room was recently remodeled and was excellent, we had a King suite and the bed was very comfortable. There was a full sized fridge, facilities to cook and the shower/bathroom was a nice size and all brand new. Access to the beach was great with approx 5min walk through a stunning neighborhood and there were some great restaurants and bars very close by with live bands.

The pool heater wasn't working, so we never used the pool. Luckily we had friends just down the street with a heated pool so we were able to use that one. The grounds are a bit overgrown but overall the best value for the location.

Loved the location - walked to the beach every day. The pool was clean and warm for January. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. There is a stove, pans, dishes and utensils for everything you need to cook in your room and save on meals. We had a rental car and were able to drive anywhere but there are some restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. I felt safe walking alone. Our room was close to the parking and the back door gave us access right to the pool. We would stay again!

Minimal amenities but the cost reflected that. I think with a few minor repairs, our room would be a 10. ( There was a broken window screen, a couple of broken tiles in the shower and the stove top was rusty. The fridge is a mini fridge but held all the food we needed for the week. The office hours are very limited but they do give you a phone number to call if you need anything.

The hotel is a great price in South Florida. It's two blocks from the beach, and they have free beach chairs and umbrellas or shade structures for guests. Nice heated pool and lounging area next to it. Nice to have a full size refrigerator and stove in the room. Included WIFI worked great for our purposes. The area is dominated by condos that appear to be used by snow birds from Canada and the North East. When we were there in March, it was very quiet. We did not have a car, but the facility has free parking or street nearby.

Lot's of guests smoking around the pool. There is not a no smoking area, and it was difficult to get away from the smoke. Shops and restaurants are a few blocks away. Not a problem for us as we walk a lot, but could be difficult for some. We had the cheapest room type that hasn't been remodeled and the bathroom window would not open, nor was there an exhaust fan. Definitely not a luxury accommodation, but it is a great value. There were no condiments in the kitchen, but it did have coffee filters. Would have been nice to have a little coffee for the first night.

This hotel is like a small retreat. It's a good place to just relax which we did prior to our cruise. Having a kitchen is a plus, parking is available (we didn't need it), and it was a good price! The pool is pretty but we didn't use it.

Well, the AC is a window model and it blew directly on the bed. It's noisy and made it difficult for us to sleep. The toilet flushed slowly and inefficiently. It's 2 stories, we were on the 2nd floor and had to carry our luggage (2...48 lb. suitcases) up & down the stairs & we're in our 70s!.

Great location, proximity to beach, restaurants, pharmacy, food mart etc. , and all walking distance. Felt very safe and people extremely friendly. Room accommodations were a bonus…a little outdated but extremely clean. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would return in a heartbeat and would 100% recommend …don’t hesitate to book…great value considering what’s offered in close proximity. Loved every bit of our stay!

The room was newly renovated with a great taste. Kitchen and bathroom equipped with all necessities. New, clean and pretty. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. They try to meet your requirements going above and below. For example, you can enter your room earlier or later then it is written in the rules. You can leave your luggage and pick it up later.

There is no grocery stores in close proximities. No café where you can have breakfast or quick snack. Restaurants are a bit farther away and always full. If you travel without car, it could be a bit of a problem. Most people are coming with a car, though.

Friendly check in. Rooms were a great size, really comfortable with everything you needed. The grounds were pretty and the pool area good. Close to the beach and some really nice restaurants. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I didn’t like you got a message saying if you arrived early you would charge $30 dollars. Also in the room there was a notice saying a charge for every item including coat hangers that’s goes missing. Although I totally understand they must get frustrated if people are taking items we didn’t actually have any idea of how many items were there in the first place. Maybe to give the number of coat hangers etc so people know how many should be there.

The pool was nice, Richie was cool, the bed was so comfy! Location to the beach was perfect, short uber trips for everything else. If you’re looking for top of the line hotel this isn’t the place for you, however if you want a clean/calm place to stay that won’t break the bank you’ve found the right place! We would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I would have changed was to have two towels per person I like to put my hair up in the towel and one around me, other than that we had a wonderful stay and definitely plan on coming back!

The location was great. It was a few minute walk to the beach. We felt very safe at the motel. There were some shopping areas within walking distance. The inside of the rooms do not match the vibe from the outside, which is totally okay. The inside was completely new and modern. This motel is not a place for kids. Everyone there was retired. My friend and I are in our 30s so we were the youngest people on location. Staff was great! We would stay here again.

On Booking.com, it is advertised that the property offers beach chairs. They do not have beach chairs to rent. A traveler next door smoked outside on the balcony. That was not pleasant. So, you can smoke on property, just not inside the rooms. We did not appreciate that. Even from across the pool deck, we could still smell the smoke. Thankfully, that traveler arrived on our last day. The property should have a smoking area outside near the sidewalk and away from the shared areas.
