The rooms were world class comfort and style. The hotel itself was the perfect boutique size with every comfort you could want. Service was outstanding and the breakfast was 10/10 wonderful. The value is unsurpassed.

The lower spa was cavernous and lovely, with a beautiful little gold tiled pool and amenities. Very elegant and chic, something you might pay to use on its own. The no-fewer-than-5-small-loud-children with their long hair and goggles running and jumping into the water looked and felt extremely bizarre. We would have used the upper floor spa but didn’t want to be naked. Management needs to rethink that.

I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. One standout was the seamless luggage delivery to my room, which made my arrival stress-free and welcoming.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Located directly across the river in the AltStadt it is walking distance from everything you could want and a short taxi drive to any other location. The facilities are very clean and attended to frequently. There are many sweet little extras like pillow fragrances. Multiple elevators make it easy to get your items to your room. Das Innsbruck also specializes in many energy saving and environmental practices that make you feel good about your stay. The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful and they speak multiple languages so you feel right at home no matter where you’re from. Included breakfast is phenomenal and gives you a delicious taste of authentic Tyrol food. The beds and linens are incredibly comfortable and luxurious. Anytime I needed anything I was helped immediately and politely. One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Would recommend to everyone.

My only complaint was some of the guests do not bother to clean up after themselves which is disappointing when the staff is so hardworking and kind.

Our room was small but very comfortable, with a soft bed and the option to choose from a pillow menu at reception – a lovely touch. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding! A wide variety of delicious options including cold cuts, fish, cheeses, freshly squeezed juices, and more. Honestly, the breakfast alone is worth staying at this hotel. The spa facilities were very good. On the -1 floor there’s a pool and sauna, and on the 6th-floor terrace there are additional saunas (adults only). Just be aware that the rooftop spa follows traditional German customs – clothing is optional – so if you’re traveling with children or feel uncomfortable with that, you might want to skip the terrace area. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were very impressed. After trying several places in the Old Town, we found the hotel’s restaurant to be one of the best in terms of food quality. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the Old Town and within walking distance to all major attractions. Public parking is available just behind the hotel, about 100 meters away. If you show your ticket at reception, you get a small discount. We paid around €20 for the night.

the room didn’t have a fridge, which would have been nice to have.

The whole experience was divine and Hannah at the front desk was an absolute star! Where to start?! I asked in advance for a quiet room, they delivered. It's the courtside without a "view" but it is a well-worth trade if you love peace. Genuinely the quietest room I've ever stayed in! The duvet is soft, pillows comfy, and you're own cosy robes for the spa. The spa(s) is phenomenal - one upstairs - with steam room, sauna etc so clean and tea is available - one downstairs - has divine pool and relaxation beds and juice (so much range)! Bringing me onto food - I am not a foodie and read the reviews about how amazing breakfast was, but nothing can prepare you loool! Just range range range and beautiful setting! Hannah directed for dinner to Stiftskeller and to get the traditional dishes - only 10mins walk with fun decor! The hotel just has awesome location for everything. Hannah directed me as I needed cable cars at 3pm (happy hour 20% off), it was 10mins walk as she said. The station is 15 min walk which I needed to get shuttle bus next day. Finally, the Inn river is 10 seconds from you with out of this world scenery! I'm so grateful for picking this hotel! It's clean, it's quality, it's customer service, it's range and facilities AND PEACEFUL! Everything you hope a holiday to be.

The reception staff were very friendly. The room was super beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with lots of lovely details.

There is no option to make your own coffee at breakfast, as there is no coffee machine available. During peak times, when many guests arrive at once, you have to wait a long time for the kitchen staff to take your coffee order. And if you want to order a second coffee, you have to wait again, which is a bit inconvenient. It’s also inconvenient that the staff don’t inform guests that they can order eggs cooked to their liking. Overall, the breakfast staff work rather slowly and are not particularly friendly.

Excelent location, nice spa area and good breakfast. The hotel stuff is always trying to make your stay extra comfortable. We have gotten a free room upgrade. And when we had a problem with our first room it was exchanged without any hesitation.

In the first room we faced a problem that the hotel flag right outside of the window was making quite loude noise because of the strong wind. This was quite anoying at night and made it impossible to sleep. But the hotel stuff changed our room by the first request. The second room was quiet and otherwise the same great as the first one.

THIS IS THE PERFECT HOTEL IN INNSBRUCK! I barely leave reviews unless I'm completely disappointed or if something exceeds my expectations. In this case I wanted to leave this review as this hotel exceeded my expectations in so many different reasons. Starting from the moment when I walked in at the check in the reception staff was lovely and helpful and they kept being helpful until the end of our stay. It was my first time in Innsbruck so I had some doubts about the ski area and things to do- welcome card attractions and all of them were so nice and willing to help. I totally appreciated it. The hotel was also an hidden gem in terms of location - close to everything you need (old town - transport to the airport - ski area). I loved the room too on the 5th floor - one night we felt the room was cold and they immediately fixed with an electric heater. They take care of their guests during their stay and this is making the difference. As Italian for us the taste of coffee is important and I must say their macchiato was so good! I haven't tried the dinner at their restaurant but the breakfast was so good and there were many options to choose from. The bread choice was amazing! Last but not least, the SPA is just what you need after a long day skiing and it is included in the price so it is a great addition! I will definitely come back and stay in this hotel again if I will return to Innsbruck as it was a lovely stay! Highly recommended ✅

Nothing to complain - all perfect 🤩

Excellent location, round the corner from old town and main city centre. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in town. The rooms were clean and good size (double superior). Bed was comfortable and shower pressure medium. Hotel breakfast had decent options for eggs different ways. Also the usual continental style items. The bar staff, an older gentleman was very good - prompt with order taking and friendly. Overall pleasant experience, pool was warm and sunbeds around with a sauna room.

Room had carpet stains and housekeeping forgot to clean table.. Staff were hit and miss. Main guy at restaurant for breakfast was helpful and apologised for the other two female waitresses who kept forgetting our meals. He on other hand was attentive and friendly. Also room service staff kept forgetting to bring items we asked for, not ideal for the price we paid..

We were upgraded to a better room than expected – incredibly spacious with super comfortable beds. The room was spotless, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was a large TV, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The spa and wellness area, which is free for guests, was a highlight – very clean and relaxing. Also, one part is open 24/7. The breakfast was perfect, and the restaurant where it’s served is beautiful. The hotel’s location in the heart of the city is perfect, and the town itself is absolutely charming. It’s an understatement to say we enjoyed our stay – we only regret staying for just one night, but we’ll definitely be back!

Due to the hotel’s central location, it doesn’t have its own parking, but guests receive a discount for a daily parking ticket at a nearby garage. All in all, everything was truly perfect!
