Breakfast was creative, fresh, locally sourced and delicious. Enjoyed the early morning coffee made available before breakfast, and sat quietly in our room on the little sofa and just relaxed. What a treat! Cordial, accommodating and unobtrusive hosts were delightful and attentive.

The inn is located on a curve of the road and one has to be quite attentive entering and exiting the inn. Stay with the speed limit and you'll be OK!

Just a little outside of town, the inn is tucked on the main road, with plenty of parking. The host Shelly was very welcoming. The rambling old house is fascinating with exposed timber ceilings and original plank flooring. The rooms are great, updated and have all the modern conveniences. Breakfast was great, with a menu to choose from.

We stayed over a Monday night. Be aware that there are few food choices in town on Mondays.

Breakfast was fine.

Small detail but the bathroom door was slatted, not solid. So while it offered visual privacy, there was no aural privacy, which was not ideal, even between people married for over 35 years... Otherwise the room was lovely. The interior of the house is lovely in general--full of character and very comfortably furnished with fun artwork and great books. Lovely garden as well and we didn't use the pool but it's a fantastic bonus, as well as the outdoor fireplace.

I absolutely LOVED this sweet little B & B!! The owner and staff were so kind and welcoming, the place was cozy and delightful with a myriad of artfully decorated and inviting rooms to hang out in. Pool was fabulous on a surprisingly hot Vermont Day. And how sweet to see a group of children helping the chef pick fresh veggies from the raised beds for the exquisite meals. The location was perfect for exploring Wilmington and Southern Vermont! All the stars for this one! ❤️

Welcoming hosts - thoughtful amenities like the honesty bar absolutely perfect - didn’t feel like you were intruding on a home at all - felt like a boutique inn with its own character and well loved. Plenty of comfortable lounges , grounds and pool added to this feel. Breakfast also immaculately prepared to high end hotel standard. You won’t be dissapointed.

The decor of the inn was very homey. We stayed at the suite. The room was very clean and cozy. Plenty of space for us to relax and put things. Homemade chocolate chip cookies were a good welcome touch. Made to order breakfast was great and delicious. Shirley and the staff were very nice and helpful.

The staircase to the second floor suite was a bit high and steep. The bed was little small for two people and could be sturdier. The breakfast could have more selection like the pictures on their website.

The property and decor were lovely and the breakfast was amazing!

The stairs leading to the upper rooms were quite steep, but otherwise the room and property were great.

Shelley, the innkeeper, was really nice, pleasant and accommodating. Rooms are very quaint. Walking distance to a fantastic coffee shop, a really cool store that makes wooden bowls and a bakery. But there is no sidewalk, so be careful. Innkeepers live in the inn.

From my phone conversation prior to my arrival all the way up until check out everything was top notch the staff, the amenities, my breakfast, and all of the little details that were put into the nutmeg!!!! I’ve already told several people, and I definitely will be back. They definitely set the bar pretty high! Hats off to everybody again and thank you respectfully Robert, Sean Cunningham

The staff was lovely - the game room was great, the pool was clean and very welcoming!

The only issue was temperature - our room ran on the warm side - I don't think the A/C was on or working well.
