Close to the airport, great early morning breakfast and was very clean. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

A free shuttle back to the airport is offered to guests, I tried to book this for the following morning of my stay to be told they’re not doing shuttles as a road was shut and I should ring for a taxi and pay €50 to get to the airport. Which makes no sense as the shuttle would’ve had to go the same route as the taxi. I wasn’t very happy as I have had to pay out more money due to my understanding there was a free shuttle.

Convenient for late flight, comfy room, great shower and very friendly staff. A very kind guy working at reception even gave us a free lift to airport in the morning! Much appreciated.

Nothing really, except we didn’t do our homework about how to get from airport to hotel late at night. It is only an 8 min drive, but couldn’t get taxi and buses were hard to work out. In end got transfer bus half way and walked rest. Next time will communicate with hotel to arrange! Our fault though!

Excellent location from airport. Train is close by to travel directly to Basel. Hotel is styled off race tracks which was cool and nice little touches in room. There is a large supermarket close by which was handy. Breakfast was a little skimped but was okay. Felt like a safe area and had enough parking outside. Hotel room was clean and had a decent amount of facilities. Staff was friendly and had a good amount of English. Definitely stay again

The airport is 5 minutes away via car and around 30 minutes from Basel's main attractions. It is located on the French border. If you want to save travel money, go through the airport & exit from the Swiss side and get the bus to the city centre. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, our room was clean with simple decor. We had a decent breakfast included in the price. Breakfast starts from 4 am to 10/11 am. The location is quiet and peaceful.

When we arrived, we called the hotel 5 times to say we had arrived however no one answered us. Could have been an issue with my network or theirs but it was ringing.

We always stop here on our way from Belgium to Italy. The location is absolutely perfect, right by the highway, just before Switzerland, with supermarket, bakery, gas station and a few restaurants all within walking distance. The area is quiet despite the proximity to highway and airport. The rooms (and bathrooms) are small, but clean and well arranged, perfect for a 1-night stay. Staff has always been very nice. Breakfast is very nice, too. Really, nothing to complain. Parking available and dogs welcome.

Staff were lovely and friendly, ensured I got to the airport in time for my early morning flight. Even offered to help carry my bags upstairs! Room was comfortable and clean with a nice selection for breakfast!

Not something I didn't like, just something to be aware of if you're arriving late like I did is that public transport options from the airport to Blotzheim are nonexistent. That clearly isn't the hotel's issue, they were brilliant and I would stay here again!

Hard to get to even though it’s so close to the airport, I called beforehand to enquire about the shuttle and the receptionist was very unhelpful, they said they couldn’t pick me up from across the border despite me telling them I’d be at the Basel airport which is on French soil and then hung up on me. Other receptionist staff were extremely helpful though.

it was so convenient staying at this lovely hotel for my flight out from Basel. Being on the French site things are much cheaper.:-) If you want to get a Taxi from the Airport to this lovely hotel, take the Taxi on the French side. Instead of 60 Euros from the Swiss taxi drivers you'll pay only about 12 EUR. Great few restaurants near the hotel made the stay a perfect location. Highly recommend

lift was out of order that day

Bed very comfortable, good size room, clean and everything as expected. Good breakfast. Excellent as a stopover before catching a flight and the shuttlebus to the airport made life much easier. Very reasonably priced.

Unfortunately the lift was out of order during our stay which meant carrying a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs. We saw some elderly residents really struggling on the stairs.

Nice quiet location 7 mins away from airport, free shuttle to airport as early as 4AM, super-early breakfast (did not use, but appreciated the opportunity), welcoming staff, interiors modern and clean, great restaurant recommendations, as the on-site bistro was already closed for the night

For some reason the ride to hotel from airport follows a much longer route then hotel to airport transfer, resulting in high Uber costs. But this is probably a problem on Uber side, not the hotel’s fault
