Very clean and very accessible from the town. Great location. Staff were superb.

Bedrooms are absolutely functional - just a little dated, but nothing to put you off staying. We’ve included some photos of the stairs that some people have mentioned. Not too many stairs but thought the photos may help.

Great view from the pool, lovely area to relax and comfortable beds by the pool. The pool was lovely to cool down. Accommodation was well equipped and spacious. Staff were friendly. The beds were really comfy and a nice view from the living room balcony. it was quiet and peaceful. Although there were lots of stairs, they were manageable. Would not recommend with mobility issues.

We was offered a airport pickup which was 40 euros, so we got a taxi and it only cost 12 euros. I think the hotel should ditch the transfer company. Room wasn't ready and we had to wait over an hour past the time it should have been available. Rooms not always cleaned which is frustrating, even if the bins were emptied and new towels were left it would have helped. Safe never worked and it didn't get fixed despite us telling reception.

The property had huge rooms, kitchen/dining area and we had two balconies. The view is outstanding and it looks exactly like the picture in the brochure. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help you. The breakfast was delivered to your room, it had everything on that you needed and more. Once you came out of the hotel the first bars, restaurants and bus stop were about two minutes walk away. There is a supermarket very close by if you need any bits. The rooms were spotless and were cleaned every day. Maria on reception was very helpful and told us of the best places to visit.

There are steps leading up to the property but the view is well worth it.

Location is really good, just a short walk to town and all the bars and restaurants. Close to the bus stop which takes you back to the airport in 5 mins for €3!

There are a lot of stairs, 47 to the main entrance and then a slope to walk up. It didn’t bother us as we are fit and enjoyed the exercise. The building is on 2 levels so we had to either take more stairs or a lift, then walk across the pool area and more stairs or lift up to our room. Not the place for mobility impaired! The loft suite was really cute but the stairs up are steep and you will need to come down them in the night if you need the loo! There is an exit night light so not a problem to see and we got used to them, trotting up and down within a couple of days….but we are fit! Kitchen has no oven, only a couple of camping rings and minimal kitchen equipment so not self catering unless you eat salads and simple foods.

The suite with balcony at the front of the building was quiet, even thou on a road and had good views towards the airport and sea. Easy to walk to the town and port for shops and restaurants The room was large - bed was clean and comfortable. A good seating area, kitchen with small fridge and kettle. A large table for a good continental breakfast that was delivered to our room in the morning . Just up the road was a supermarket for supplies and a bus stop at the bottom of the steps.

49 Steps to get to the property. Although we did get help in taking our small suitcases back down the steps - could be hard if you have a large bag. The room and bathroom was a little tired and could do with updating

We booked the apartment solution so we had very big spaces: big room, dining with kitchen (equipped with all needed) and terrace (with a great view). Nice furniture. The location is perfect, 5 minutes by walking to the main bus stop where all the bus lines start (perfect to reach all beaches). It is also close to the port where all the boat brokers. The center is reachable in 5 minutes by walking and there you can find whatever you want. The airport is as well less then 10 minutes always with bus or taxi. A very good breakfast is served in the room as there's not any restaurant space, it's just a matter of booking the time the day before or at the beginning of your staying. Supermarket is 100 meters far away. Smiling and always available staff.

The bathroom was quite small and definitely to be renewed. Swimming pool is not so big, and not so many sunbeds were available, pictures of it can be a bit misleading.

Massive spacious rooms, lovely balcony, very clean. Good air con. Location to town was very good. The staff were lovely, very helpful . The breakfast on the tray was great and a lovely treat to not have to get up and out to have it. Would stay again .

Only negative was the extremely steep steps and incline to access the property , it’s a bit of hike especially in the heat . If you have any mobility issue or are travelling with little ones or prams it’s going to be hard work to get up and down.

Stayed 3 nights August 2024 We researched the location & access before booking so the walk up the hill from the port wheeling our luggage wasn’t a problem. There are a couple of flights of stairs up to the entrance & they happily come down to help carry your bags - if you are reasonably fit & able it’s not a problem. The hotel is split over different levels but there are lifts inside. Rooms linen & towels were clean. Our room was split level & spacious - the 2nd bedroom had no natural light which was odd but I was aware when booking. Great to have 2 balconies & 2 bathrooms- black out shutters & aircon keep it cool. We didn’t have breakfast but heard people say it was good & generous. Good sized supermarket 5 minutes walk away & coffee shop across the road - well positioned to explore the town - some flight noise as you close your the airport we could see the runway from our balcony & pool area. Lovely to have a pool although the furniture was a bit tatty & could be cleaner around the pool - no drinks/snacks available so bring your own. We had no problem getting a lounger people seemed to come & go at different times rather than camping out all day. Very easy to walk into the town & enjoy the restaurants/shops/boat trips & cinema.

Some of the furniture & fixtures felt a bit dated. The plane noise became irritating. Skiathos town was okay for a few nights if you want the buzz of bars but personally preferred the quieter location of our previous trip to Troulos.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. Helped with bringing cases up the steps, and helped resolved our issue with the safe super quickly (our own fault!) They even allowed us some extra time in the room on check out day which was really appreciated. Location is perfect just a few mins walk from the town, steps are a bit of a nuecense but well worth it for the gorgeous balcony view. Travelled with my 66 year old mother and we both managed the steps okay. Bus stop 0 is only a very short walk away so perfect for travel to the airport, or the beaches. Breakfast was plentiful served on a big platter and delivered to your door. Enough food to take a little packed lunch for later in the day! Room was large, spacious clean and beautifully decorated. Pool area was lovely and so quiet, no shortage of sun beds (end of May)

We took a loft suite and the views were amazing! Breakfast was brought to the room every day where you could enjoy the views over coffee. The fridge in the room is helpful and the shops are super close as are all the amenities including the bus stop to take you around half the island. The staff are friendly and helpful and the airport is about 5minures away.

The pool is beautiful but the loungers are a little tired. Please make sure you are fit and healthy to access the hotel we were fine and it does provide the views! The stairs to the loft bedroom are very steep.
