Аbsolutely helpful and friendly team. Spacious clean room, comfortable mattresses, working refrigerator, kitchenette. Possibility for parking the car. it's not our first time staying there. Downtown location. This time we happened upon a room with a spacious bathroom clearly adapted for people with reduced mobility or wheelchairs.

My remarks are about the bathroom: apart from the missing curtain to limit the splash of water everywhere, there was not a single hanger. Just bare walls. The only possible place for a towel (for example) remains the cornice of the missing curtain, from where it easily falls into the draining water or gets wet from the shower anyway (however careful you are). I believe it could be improved soon.

The location of the hotel is perfect, offering convenience and accessibility. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen, availability of hot and cold water, free Wi-Fi, and TV add to the overall convenience and make the experience truly enjoyable. Everything has been thoughtfully arranged to meet guests' needs.

I would like to kindly suggest considering an earlier check-in time, if possible. For guests traveling long distances, an earlier check-in would provide the opportunity to freshen up and relax in their assigned rooms before proceeding with their plans or exploring the area. A check-in time of 14:00 instead of 16:00 would be highly beneficial and greatly appreciated by many, including myself. Aside from this, everything about the hotel has been absolutely perfect. Thank you for your attention and understanding.

Location was perfect, behind the beautiful square. The staff was very friendly and helpful, special mention to the receptionist who works the afternoon/evening shift (didnt get this name sorry!) He was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was great and always replenished. Rooms were great, clean and had everything you needed. Good value for money, thanks for making our Eurovision trip one to remember! Would recommend this place to anyone. Close to tram and bus stops and the train station.

Everything. All the staff were very friendly special mention to Loai and Harold who thought i wouldn't remember their names to put in this review. The receptionists from yesterday, the lady and the guy with the glasses were also wonderful but I forgot to take their names. will definitely be back

the bath had no plugs but they did give me one in the evening. the security deposit of 100 is not very solo traveller friendly, however they did waive this exceptionally, subject to documentation, so I am super impressed.

Centrally located budget hotel - close to everything - modern, clean, comfortable - and has an elevator. The room has a coffee machine and pods can be purchased cheaply from reception. It is air-conditioned which is wonderful in summer and the wifi is good.

Our room had a bathtub with only a handheld shower attachment - a sit to shower arrangement which can be a little awkward for the elderly. The room for securing bikes is no longer available so our bikes were locked overnight in the rear carpark - this carpark has locked/coded access - which is better than nothing - we chained ours under the rear stairs.

Very good location in the city center. Old sights in walking distance. Tram and bus (24 hour ticket available) nearby. Parking right outside maximum 2 hours (4 Euro). Parking time extends to the next day 09:00 after 19:00. So you can leave your car parked when you arrive after 17:00 and operate the parking meter correctly. Kitchenette in our room was operating: sponge and dish clean fluid available. Some international TV channels available.

Kitchenette: make at least one kitchen towel available for dishes et cetera (since you want guests to leave the kitchen in a clean state) unless you expect them to dry the coffee cups with bathroom towels after cleaning them.

Really helpful having a mini kitchen area for home cooking. Eating out was very expensive for us so this was a godsend! Room was spacious, quiet and clean, if a little basic and tired.

It was in our price range, clean, spacious and well run. The bathtub had a break in it when we arrived which I was worried about mentioning while we were there in case it affected our deposit.

Excellent location, old town is just a few minutes walk, supermarket is superclose too. Room and bathroom are clean, you can cook some basic things, there is a pan and some plates, cutleries that you can use. Not the quietest and darkest for sleep, but I don't mind. For the price it's excellent! Would stay here again.

You have to clean the kitchen area before you leave, which is okay, but you don't have any kitchen towels to dry the dishes..

Really good value. Great location - a few minutes from the cathedral and less than 10 min to station. Carrefour almost next door Warm friendly reception staff. Room spacious and clean. I was on top floor with a small view over roof tops to cathedral Mattress tired but very comfortable for me. Windows opened for good ventilation. Wifi excellent. Room close to lift with the usual whirring and mechanical clunks but room quiet and dark overnight. Would definitely recommend for the budget traveller. Excellent choice

The locstion is great. The guy in the reception was very nice and tried to do the best to make us feel comfortable. Small kitchen in the room, good if you want to buy cheese or fruits.

The room was not the cleanest and more than two nights I would not stay. Sometimes it is not about renovation (anyway needed), but about more attention while cleaning the room before the guests are coming.
