Spacious, up to date, clean, and tidy. Lovely views and good amenities are nearby, including several beaches and a small supermarket, all within walking distance. Great swimming pool and plenty of hikes on your doorstep. The sofa was very comfortable and the tv worked well, so it was a well equipped apartment. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a superb area which was not too busy, nor too quiet.

Perhaps the beds could be better as the mattresses and pilows were ok, but not the the most comfortable. Pans may need refreshing as the non-stick was wearing out. Swimming pool hours seemed slightly short, but I was unsure if this was monitored.

This was the perfect place to stay for a chilled relaxing holiday. Myself and mum had a great time. 20 min walk to Anfi along the sea front but only 5 mins to the nearest Spar shop for day supplies. The hotel was clean, aircon a bonus and we had a massive terrace where we could enjoy the views of the sea. Its a great place to stay if you're looking for an affordable getaway.

The beds are quite hard and the sunbeds are really uncomfortable. It didn't spoil the holiday but it did make your back ache by the end of it.

Very quiet. Great sea view ( for those rooms higher up) Early sun which lasts until beautiful sunset in winter from balconies - much earlier than most other hotels in this area

Personnel don’t seem to care much about your existence. Warm in bedroom since ac is in living room and it’s fixed to 23 degrees.

we have everything we need and i would say we can recommend it with others but make sure to take the room with air conditioner if you’re coming in the summertime

wasn’t really aware that we booked a room without air conditioner so it was hot unless you open the windows but we didn’t wanna let it open the whole night so we just have to deal with it and the bed sheets were never changed in our entire stay but all these things did not really ruined the entire stay and are only minor and small things

End of Aug was off season so plenty of loungers available by the pool. The Pool itself was a good size and not too cold. One bed apartment was very modern and clean with a nice big Smart TV and air conditioning. Fantastic value for money! We asked to have a late check out from the hotel via WhatsApp and the staff were very accommodating with this allowing check out at 3:30pm with no additional charge. We were very grateful for this as we had a late flight and it meant we could enjoy the pool area for a little longer. Hotel was a 5 min bus ride from Puerto Rico which had a big Shopping mall and large selection of pubs and restaurants which were still lively at end Aug.

Very minor but there was no spatula in the apartment which made breakfasts a little more awkward to cook. The cleaners were cleaning the apartments everyday, however, our apartment seemed to be missed often - it wasn't until the end of the holiday that we realised we could have WhatsApp'd to request a clean if we needed, again not a big issue. The restaurant and Pool bar were closed but expected as much as end Aug is off season in Patalavaca.

- The restaurant (for dinners) was closed. Only breakfast was possible except for the first two days when also that was closed. - Parking only limited possibilities in the street or on a small parking place a bit further down that required a small climb to reach the premises (We are above 70 years old, then this becomes an issue). Especially on our day of arrival it was very full everywhere with parked cars (Fiesta de San Juan)

Clean. Cleaned well, towels changed regularly. Spacious. Nice kitchen with pots, frying pans, glasses, wine glasses, cups, cutlery, plates, bottle opener etc. Large fridge. We cooked our own meals a couple of times. Coffee machine, tea boiler. Thanks for the washing liquid. Close to the beach (Playa de Patalavaca - rather small but very good, we swam there in January!) Nice balcony to have breakfast on. Restaurant was fine, friendly and polite personnel (new guy especially).

Swimming pool was cold. Probably it got warmer in the afternoon, but we would prefer heated pool for a morning swim. Salmon dish in a restaurant was too salty for me. There is construction site nearby with a crane, hotel will expand - which is great. Nothing was happening there, it was very quiet - but it might be a problem at some point (hopefully they finalize the construction). Price tags missing in the shop :)

The property was really clean and super peaceful. Wonderful pool, lovely pool bar. I was incredibly impressed with pretty much everything, we had a perfect week.

The guy on reception could have been a little more welcoming and some seat pads would have been very much appreciated, there were a lot of older people (my husband included) who would probably appreciate a comfortable seat pad.

Newly partialy reformed appartment looks nice and is spacious, having nice separate bedroom facing inner court and quiet hallway. Nice sea view from balcony. Complex has very nice terrace with bar and big swimming pool, downstairs is pleasant restaurant. Whole complex is very quiet, mainly visited by pensioners. Kitchen was fully equipped but with just stovetop and MW. Bottle of water provided and dish washing detergent and soap and shampoo for first day, anything else you have to bring your own. Generally excellent stay for money we paid (booked few month in advance). Supermarket 1min walk, Patalavaca beach 5min walk and amazing Anfi drl Mar 15min walk.

A/C is set to 25degrees and cannot be changed anyhow. In winter no problem but in summer it can be hard if you come to room after day away to cool it down quickly. Flat TV is not smart TV, even not sure if any TV channels available, we had only radio channels to select. Internet was somtimes weak for streaming films.

Room and location were fantastic Very clean

Pool bar and restaurant were closed. We weren’t made aware of this but wasn’t too much of an problem for us as we took our own drinks and snacks to the pool and nobody seemed to mind but if we hadn’t been allowed to do that we would have been disappointed.
