Jenn at the front desk was so kind and so was the young lady that was over the breakfast area. The room was spotless! The location was perfect! Right next to a truck station for last minute supply items as well as serval places to eat within walking distance. They also had an on-sight laundry area to wash/dry clothes. The perfect Hotel for cruisers. The Lyft ride to the port was only $26.

The ONLY person that was hateful was the shuttle bus driver. She was so rude and condescending. We are both women, so it was fine that she didn’t help with luggage, but yelling at me that “the back door is open (for me to load my luggage)”, then telling me “you’re gonna have close the van door” once I got in, was so crazy. It wasn’t what she said but HOW she said it. Like I was bothering her. I hate that she was the first representative that we met from this hotel, because she in NO WAY represented how amazing this hotel is.

I love the way I was greeted by the Desk Clerk. He was very friendly and helpful with directions. Even the next afternoon as we didn't need housekeeping, only clean towels, and he sent someone right up. Breakfast was hot and inviting. The room at check-in was very clean. The TV gave us a pleasant suprise with greeting us each morning that used our name, lol.

I didn't like we could hear every door that slammed closed throughout the night. Staff didn't build the hotel or made the doors close so hard. So, I can't hold them accountable for construction. I could also hear the kids in the bathroom next door playing. Again, that falls on construction.

We thought this was a new building but it'd 20+ years old. It is very clean quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we've had for a hotel breakfast. Quiche. Bacon breakfast sandwich, oatmeal with about 10 different toppings. Cold cereal, muffins. Hard boiled eggs the works!.

I liked and I am extremely satisfied with the attentiveness, great listening skills and response shown to me as a guest by the Manager, Chet, as well as by his fellow staff/team. The spacious lobby is well lit and has plenty of seating for the amount of guests which were there during my weekend stay. I will recommend the Fairfield Marriott to family as well as friends.

Honestly, I can suggest lowering the price of snacks at the concession station. Otherwise, I cannot think of any other areas to dislike.

Loved it!! Breakfast was on point, the room was on point, and customer service was excellent.

I did have one thing, but it's just my opinion someone else may not have a problem with it and it wasn't an issue to complain about. If someone emails or calls me I will tell them but not on this platform.

The worker at the counter in the lobby was very helpful in getting things squared away for my hotel stay. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. And my request to have a unit nearest to the elevator is met because my fiancee has a disability.

Proximity to airport. Free shuttle to airport. Fresh coffee & breakfast. Night staff very accommodating & nice. Driver very pleasant.

No lotion in room. 7:30 am receptionist was not friendly. She seemed put out by my changing the time of shuttle pick up.

The establishment was located in the perfect spot, close to everything. The staff was very professional, and I loved the layout. The fitness center and pool were beautiful

I assumed that it was close to Virginia Beach however it was 30 minutes away,but that was my fault.

In order to catch an early flight, we thought we’d miss breakfast according to the noted breakfast hours, however, to our delight, breakfast was served earlier (6:00 am). We definitely will stay here again. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
