Friendly staff, good food, Children's entertainment, areas to sit in peace and quiet, lots of sun beds, supermarket on site, location across from beach, near bus stops, near shops and bars, for family’s and couples, love the architecture ie built like an old Spanish village, our room was disabled friendly, clean restaurant and food areas, very helpful staff in reception, bar and restaurant, pool was very clean and well maintained, good supply of towels and sheets changed, kitchen area had everything that was, needed, you could get a kettle, iron etc for a deposit at reception, security was discrete and we felt safe,

We asked for non smoking room but it smelt of smoke and we couldn’t get rid of the smell, but it was next door to our family and wheelchair friendly, the cleaning wasn’t as good as past years lot of dust under beds, walkways had litter around for days, but the general areas, food areas and restaurants were spotless, so just need to look at maid service training.

Spacious apartment which had everything we needed even a little area to sit outside. I mentioned when I booked that my husband had problems with stairs and we were given a ground floor room close to reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was way more than we expected with plenty of choice for everyone, even someone making fresh omelettes and pancakes. There's plenty of amenities, pleasant outside bar with fabulous sea view, large inside lounge area, laundry facilities, shops, Pizzeria, even a little supermarket. We were only there for 2 nights but will definitely be back.

Really not much. We had a small issue with ants and mentioned it at reception and they noted our room but nothing was done about it. There was a blanket on the beds, over the sheet, which I'm not keen on as I don't know how often these would be cleaned. Only other thing that would have helped would be to have WiFi in the rooms. You need to go to public area if you need it. But understand it's a very big complex.

Location and food were excellent

I would like if they marked the food which was gluten free, they do this in their other hotels, then you do not have to trouble the staff by asking. I am a coeliac and they were great help, even cooked special meals for me but it would ease some of the pressure on the staff, if the just labelled it

Wonderful location beside the sea with a bus stop outside the front door. Beautiful well kept gardens , lots of sunbeds . Well managed and organised restaurant. Very pleasant helpful staff. I loved the peace and quiet of my apartment , which was cleaned every day on the perimeter away from the crowds . But i also enjoyed being among the groups of spanish students and families in the main hub. Excellent choice and standard of food in the restaurant.

I would have liked a kettle and more cooking equipment in my kitchen . I wished the middle pool had been open as it was nearer to my apartment but it doesnt open until June. It would have been nice to have a swim before 11am in the morning .

Location is great. Apartment is great, cleaned daily to a very high standard. Food was very good. Great choice for breakfast. With the amount of people at the resort, it never felt crowded. Entertainment was very much geared to the Spanish. The main children’s entertainer was sooo good. She was constantly bouncing and encouraging the kids to join in. The adult entertainment wasn’t so good. A hotel like this should be able to employ bands/artists every night rather than have made up games by the kid’s entertainers.

Food on the Friday was very sparse if you didn’t like fish. See above comment re adult entertainment

Very nice location. A lot of facilities: pools with chairs near them, gaming tables, lavatory to wash and dry clothes with detergent (at extra fees), lift, supermarket, souvenirs shops, bar with drinks. Really all you need. Staff friendly. Cleaning lady very friendly too, spoke better english than a staff serving in a bar. Room was spacious. Daily animations for children.

The beds and beddings are sure to be improved. Kitchen has no kettle for cofee or tea making. Room with view in inside yard means you have music daily in your room. Room close to lift (that was our case) means tons of people passing nearby till late morning. For us it went ok, but we did have few sleepless nights due to students noise at night. So for people who are looking for calm rest I would recommend to check where your room is located. No wifi in the room, only in hotel square, near pool, in a bar.

The location was very good, right on the sea front. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Also, a bus stop right outside with regular, reliable bus service. The grounds in the hotel were really well kept and there were plenty of sunbeds available at all times. Our room/ apartment was big - it had 2 double beds in the bedroom.

There was no wifi in the room. The only wifi was public wifi which was only available in reception. This should be made clear on the website. No English tv available on the telly. There were guests of all nationalities staying and it would be a better service to have 2/3 tv channels to cater to all languages. No wifi and no tv would make us reluctant to stay again.

So yes, it definitely matters because I was with my family in mid-April. The apartment was ok, the internet worked properly, breakfast and dinner were very varied and tasty, there are three swimming pools available, a fantastic swimming pool with a playground... a small minus - the water is cold... so it all depends on the weather, a small gym available (a plus) and daily performances for children, music until 11pm...so if you have an apartment near or near the stage it is quite noisy! Service/reception very helpful. The hotel location is great! Beach next door. The hotel is quite large, so I guess it may look different in the high season. I recommend

Cold water in swimming pool. Very loud evening performances lasting until 11/12 at night...doors and windows do not soundproof them! I do not recommend an apartment near the stage!

We loved the apartment, it was spacious there were always clean towels everyday, the cleaner was very accommodating returning later on in the day if we were still in. We were upgraded to a sea view with no extra charge, the prices were very reasonable at the on site shops, pizza place and bar. This hotel is in a very central place along the playa with bus stops right outside. It was very easy to book and payment was made on arrival.

There was no kettle, oven or toaster in the apartment, we had to boil the water in a saucepan for hot drinks.

The family-orientated feel and facilities were very good. The pools, the evening entertainment, the arcade games etc were plenty to keep our child entertained. We liked that there were life guards at all pools so when our 5 year old son was playing in Pirates Bay, we felt he was safe enough for us to take our eyes off him occasionally. The cleanliness of the whole place was to a very high standard!

The only area to develop would be that in our particular room, the pull out double sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable so my husband and I each slept in a single bed in the bedroom, one of us sharing with our son!
