It is a beautiful resort and location, nice views, nice pool, rooms are clean, and the free ferry terminal is handy as well. The food at the restaurants was quite good, but a bit pricey, especially at the on-site bar. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the Seaside rooms, and they are very small, I have stayed in rooms in Batam that is double the size and 3 times cheaper, so I guess the view of the Singapore skyline is worth $40 by itself. The man-made little lagoon I believe is a great idea, but needs to be maintained better, loads of trash floating around and the water in general wasn't very clean.

Super cosy room with really comfy bed. Staff were always smiling and put in their best effort to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Food in the indonesian restaurant was delicious and they also do a mean pina colada in the western restaurant. Spa was amazing- I had to go back for more. Pool area is very nice.

Some construction happening in front of my room which meant the view from the balcony was not nice. Also, some construction noise was heard during the daytime from a nearby port from the room. The hotel generally needs a bit of an upgrade, it is quite old fashioned and run down but was perfect for what I needed. I had a wonderful time there.

We requested for our 3 villa be closed to each other with a good view point and a garden setting and all was granted. Our late check in at evening was fast and efficient. The buggy was already waiting for us and less than 5 mins we already in our villa. Everyone of us happy with the comfortable peaceful stay 3 days 2 nights. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We had plenty of drink choices too. We managed to use the pool on our 2nd night and ordered some red wine and 3 kinds figure foods. The music & songs was great and some requested songs was good too. It's nice to see a firework just right beside our bar while we were having a great time with music, wine and food. Breakfast staff was quick to do our request at the egg station and the hardworking buggy drivers wasvquick to pick or send us to and from our villa at the most highest point. There were some monkeys with their families on our 2nd day morning but they were gone in less than an hour and they did not make any unpleasant scene too.

A mosquito or 2 at the beach area at night, beside the ombak bar. The tuck shop with limited items, can bring in souvenirs for selling or swimming costume, t-shirts. May be put a vending machine since at night the tuck shop closed for business. May be a sign board be put up by the kwan yin temple as we as tourist also curious and want to the history and culture of its existence in the resort facility.

The tranquility and quietness of the location offered us a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of life. We truly felt grounded with nature, as the sounds of the waves and the gentle breeze created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The breakfast array was impressive, with a selection that catered to every taste. There was something for everyone, and each meal was a delightful experience that set the tone for the day. We would like to give a special shoutout to the friendly and homely staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The ladies at the restaurant were incredibly attentive, fulfilling our every request with cheerful smiles. Additionally, a big thank you to Ridodo from the pizza cafe for catering to our birthday request on our first night. It made our celebration even more memorable! The security at the resort also made us feel safe and at ease, allowing us to fully enjoy our time without any worries. Overall, this resort is a hidden gem for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature. We can't wait to return!

The location of the resort was beautiful, and the room was spacious and clean. We're really enjoyed the stayed with the resort vibes which it has a nice view to the sea , there's also hammock above the sea near to pool. We ordered a pizza from the resort's restaurant and the taste is really nice. Definitely we will repeat our stay while visiting Batam again soon. Overall, it really one of the best places for healing in Batam.

A dim light after the entrance, whereby it has area with sink & coffee/small dining table in the unit that we stayed. I suggest to put more light near this area so we can see the pizza which we ordered clearly :)

Though I booked it pretty last minute and didn't notify them on my arrival time, we managed to arrange for a complimentary shuttle drive in a 7 seater car from Sekupang Harbour to the hotel lobby. The 5 minutes drive gave us an idea of the location and neighbourhood vibes of the resort. It is located away from the bustling city of Nagoya and busy port of Sekupang. The resort boasts all the amenities you would need for a quiet getaway - local food at the restaurant, western cuisine at the Ombak Bar, Kwan In Temple, in-room massage, not busy poolside, barbecue space. The facilities and rooms are all well spaced, which gives you a good sense of serenity. Buggy service can be called from the room and grab service are also easy to book. The staff are really thoughtful and attentive. I'm disheartened not to give selected shoutouts - buggy driver, restaurant staffs! Things to note: we were needed to prepare a 50k IDR or SGD50 deposit for out 2D1N stay that was refunded later.

My family wasn't sure how the heater worked and really struggled with getting the right temperature for a shower - scalding steaming hot, or cold room temperature water.

We booked a Deluxe Villa which we found spacious and comfortable. The location felt very exclusive, yet was close to Sekupang ferry terminal (with free land transfer provided by the resort) and not far from the city center (30 minutes by car). The restaurant and bar were very good, with a nice selection of food and drinks. The spa center was amazing. Very professional service by the staff too!

Most of the facilities were decent but some equipments could be updated (toilet lid, boiler). Also the requested land transport from the ferry terminal was not there when we disembarked, but that was quickly resolved with a phone call to the resort.

Exceed my expectation. From the moment they fetch us from the terminal arrival to the farewell departure to the terminal. We were given the early check in and late check out, which I appreciate a lot as I'm travelling with elderly and children. Staff did went their way to make us comfortable. Always smiling and willing to help. Our family villa room was my favourite. On top of the hill with buggy service,.and the view is to die for. I could sit with my cuppa coffee on the balcony all day! Services given were top notch fast and efficient, from driver, to the staff check in reception, to housekeeper, to the spa ladies, breakfast staff, the buggy drivers etc The island and resort itself represent it's vibes of a holiday. I love how straight forward the concept of the the hotel. All within the vicinity of it such as swimming pool, water sports, etc Goin to the city center grand batam mall for lunch and shopping by grab was approximately 30 min. Easy to get grab to and fro. Something that I find is unique, the breakfast place Layang restaurant, it's on a real sand floor. Makes the experience more special. My kids love it as they can play at the corner with toys provided by the hotel after breakfast, giving me the chill time breakfast while watching them play. They do have pool table too which my kids played a few round. They do have another restaurant, Ombak bar which opens after 430pm along the swimming pool for an evening of chill and music. All services are 1 call away from my room. The room, indoor and outdoor areas are spotlessly clean. No issue of mosquito bites that's the most important thing! There is a set of coffee tea sachets, pots, basic toiletries provided, hair dryer! Overall, I LOVE THIS RESORT AND IM COMING BACK! 💓 Thank you to the staff at KTM Resort for taking care of us!

Not really I don't like it, it does happen at times due it's tropical environment. The ac I had was not cold so gotta call in to check. As the staff service was top notch, the maintenance came in 2 seconds and rectified it and back all good.

The resort is lovely, beautiful views, pool is fresh and clean, restaurant is nice, staff friendly.

Don't book the Seaview rooms. They're TINY, like living in a ship cabin, you can hear every word, and squeak from your neighbour, there's not even floor space to put your luggage open on floor, and it's really old and run down The resort had less than 10 people in it our first night, and I thought they might let us (adult +2 children) have one of the many empty bigger rooms, but they didn't. The room was really too small, not like pictures

The place is quiet and relaxing. Most of the staffs are attentive and friendly. You can call buggy to bring you from room to reception and eating place but can walk there too, within short walking distance. The room is old but everything still good working condition, shower water pressure is strong. When we reached, aircon already switched on and we got early checked in too. We were picked up from Sekupang ferry terminal. Food is nice. There’s a pool table at one of the restaurant.

Was informed that pool will provide with towels as long before 8pm but the staff informed towel station closed when only slightly after 6pm but was told still can issue towels to us. Kids went back to change and get the towel cards but when back to pool, the staff no where around and check with the restaurant staff but none willing to assist except to tell you towel station closed. Kids were sad and we already lazy to walk back to room to get towels. Spa on the expensive side.
