The hotel was stylishly furnished and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and there was a possibility to choose from a selection of pillows. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The bistro was very high quality and same goes with the bar / cigar lounge. The gym was well equipped for strength training and the spa area was very nice. Although as a Finn I have to say that a 50 degree sauna is considered cold. 😅

The drapes weren’t fully blocking all the light but that’s nitpicking. I expected to have a double bed but it was two smaller beds pushed together. It was good for two nights, but not my personal preference. Altogether we really enjoyed our stay here!

Excellent location and the aesthetics of the hotel are quite pleasing. The 4th floor offered a bit of a view from the room which I appreciated. Kind and courteous staff which provided great service. Room service offers an extensive variety and delivered very fast with delicious food. The bed was comfortable and one was able to adjust the temperature radiators.

The room was a bit noisy to be honest, especially at night. I told the receptionist and it will be considered for next time. Another part one has to consider is the spa area which hotel guests can use complimentary. It belongs to the WellFit Fitness Studio and cannot be considered a four star experience. It has some decent saunas and a small swimming pool but the relaxation areas etc. definitely do not match the aesthetic of the hotel. Furthermore it takes quite a while (still underground) to get to the pool from the hotel room. One adjustment regarding the bathroom could be ventilation.

I stayed at the hotel with two dogs. There was a large dog carpet and bowls waiting for me in the room. The room was spacious and we felt comfortable sleeping there. The hotel has a lovely fitness centre which I enjoyed working out in the morning. The breakfast was great and the service at the reception, restaurant and fitness centre was excellent. The room was clean, had a bathrobe, slippers, all hygiene products, the shower was spacious and comfortable. There was a kettle and everything to make tea in the room.

Have stayed at The Einstein many many times. You can’t beat the lovely location, parking, cleanliness and breakfast is ok and beds comfortable. The hotel is expensive, especially if you are not using the gym facilities it’s expensive for what you get. The basic rooms are quite small but perfectly fine. Make sure you don’t get a “connecting room” they can be noisy from the neighboring room. The expensive superior rooms are bigger and have hardwood floors but are not very cozy, quite cold and clinical. The staff is nice but could do with being a bit more personable and welcoming, a little joke, a smile here and there doesn’t hurt. And a nice upgrade now and then would be appreciated.

Breakfast is good but noting special. Missing blueberries and other fruit. Coffee is from a Nespresso type machine so not very good breakfast coffee. They don’t get that most people want a brew coffee for breakfast. The restaurant brassiere could do with a few more simple items like risotto, larger salad with chicken or ham and cheese for example and a good burger on the menu. It’s very small portions, complicated and (again) very expensive. Should change bathroom products to Molton Brown like the other local hotel Walhalla has, much better products!

Room was absolutely outstanding - the biggest and best room I've ever stayed in. All of the facilities were exceptional and top of the line. I've never been more impressed with a hotel! Great TV and seating area, plenty of plug points for charging, bathroom was outstanding, bed incredibly comfortable. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The gym adjacent to the hotel was brilliant with great facilities and a pool/sauna/spa area. Also the hotel is well situated for a short (uphill!) walk to the Drei Weieren, outdoor swimming ponds with good facilities and plenty of space for sitting, relaxing, sunbathing around the site

I stayed at the Einstein St Gallen when I was watching Wales v France in Euro 2025. It was great to get the hotel room because the match did not finish until just before 2300. It was very luxurious, the room was very nice. Breakfast was in the conference building a opposite, maybe 25m walk.

Our party ordered 4 meals in the bistro but three were completely cold. Sent back still cold when they arrived back so I would not eat again in the bistro.

Great location, the hotel is very elegant and the stuff is nice and professional. We came for the Gourmet Einstein restaurant experience, and we were not disappointed, absolutely amazing! Parking is also super convenient.

The bathroom of our room might need a little renovation, the shower head was in disarray and overall it looked a little worn out.

High quality hotel, excellent room comfort, good spa, great bar and restaurants, rich breakfast, very professional and friendly staff, all in a great location.

Atrociously wrong music almost everywhere in the hotel. Seems like the radio is stuck on 80s pop everywhere you go. The super stylish and classic bar begs for some good jazz, but no, you get 80s pop. The reception begs for soothing music, but no, you get 80s pop. The bistro begs for something inspiring, but no... It's a common theme in Swiss hotels, I find, but at the Einstein it hurts the ears and spoils the experience because of the painful contrast with the high quality of everything else. Furthermore, small detail: toilette paper in the wrong of very low quality, in dissonance with the high quality of everything else.
