Amazing staff. Everyone is looking for your comfort the hotel staff is very cooperative as well as the security staff are very helpful. Couldn't be nicer. Room was enormous and spotlessly clean. Good location for those looking for proximity to airport.

The building itself was very picturesque with lovely courtyards and garden. I think we also got upgraded room because it was massive one-bedroom apartment with 2 balconies, living room with some office space. Bathroom was nice with amazing water pressure. Some shower gel and shampoo were provided too. Also very late check in was allowed and stuff helped with a luggage since there’s no elevator.

Bedding was disaster- no cover for a duvet and the duvet itself covered with yellow stains… so you might guess how we felt about it. End up sleeping covered with bath robes that felt clean. Blanket full of stains and cigarette holes in it. Tiny pillow with hardly any filling and very uncomfortable bed feeling like a bouncy castle. We only stayed there for half a day so didn’t bother making drama about it but it was pretty yuck to sleep like this.

I recently stayed at the Manor Hotel in Baku, and while the hotel looks good at first glance, I was highly disappointed with their services and management. The amenities provided were far below expectations, and the staff was uncooperative throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail made the overall experience unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for those seeking a comfortable and well-managed stay in Baku.

1) the employees of the Manor hotel put my colleague at risk of loss of life and health, as a result of which my colleague was hospitalized with a damaged head, 2) we lost our return plane tickets 3) I waited 5 hours for the hotel to give me the address of the hospital where my colleague is. I don't know why the hotel did not want to give me the address 4) the hotel staff wanted to extort money from me to pay for my friend's hospital, and it turned out that the hospital is free 5) please let everyone know how terrible people work in this hotel I must add that now after adding a negative review, the hotel is stalking me and trying to stalk my family, trying to intimidate me
