This hotel is quite new, and the young staff is incredibly eager to ensure a great experience for their guests. The hotel lives up to the photos—modern, well-designed, with a cozy lobby perfect for relaxing and chatting. The bedding is super comfortable (I especially appreciated the choice between soft and firm pillows), and I slept like a baby. Even though my room faced the street, it was surprisingly quiet. The steamer iron was a nice touch as well. The breakfast was enjoyable, although I would have liked some fresh vegetables. Overall, the hotel matched the positive reviews I read before booking. The black doors might require some extra upkeep, but the staff is clearly dedicated to keeping everything clean and well-maintained. As for the air conditioning, it’s no noisier than in any other hotel I’ve stayed at.

There isn’t much to complain about, honestly. The only minor downsides were the lack of a mini-fridge in the room, that are not big (but well set up with a large flat TV screen) and the somewhat challenging underground parking if you have a large SUV (make sure to reserve a spot since space seems limited). But even with a family SUV, I managed just fine. The hotel’s location in the city is unique, but with a quick look at the photos and Google Maps, it’s easy to know what to expect. Overall, the staff was fantastic, and I had a wonderful stay.

Loved everything about the hotel, it's very close to Cross-Rouge area in Lyon and have multiples types of transportation very close, both bus and metro are maybe a couple of blocks away, the design of the hotel, the restaurant was incredible, staff was very nice and spoke both english and spanish that made our communication easier. Would definitely love to come back

The gym could have a little more equipment but for a few days is okay, besides that everything was great

The hotel and the room were brand new and clean with a modern vibe. The room was very comfortable and it was pretty soundproof despite being near a busy road. We slept really well during our stay. The coffee and amenities in general were good. Location was good with bus and train stations nearby.

There was no bin or trash can in the bedroom (just one small in the bathroom). We didn't have much things to throw away but it was still inconvenient especially on a long stay. The hotel isn't hard to find but from the outside it doesn't stand out much. We couldn't find a way to contact the reception which was a bit troublesome when we came back late at night and doors were closed or at the check out when the staff was away.

A brand-new, modern, fashionable and functional hotel. It's a new chain by Accor, and it reminded me of the Moxy chain of Marriott, but I feel TRIBE is a notch above for the room and the shared space. It was not quite finished when I stayed! The room is not big, but functional to accommodate everything you need. The bed is comfortable and quite high (I am 162cm), but it is to store a large suitcase underneath. I loved the fluffy towels. It's a good hotel for a quick work stay and good value for money.

I got a basement room with no view. It did not bother me much, as I was there just to sleep.

The property is located in a safe residential area. They offer an indoor parking which comes in convenience. The staff are young and upbeat, cheerful. There is a supermarket just across the street and many cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

The property is a bit far out for tourism purposes. The interior decoration of the hotel makes it look a bit ‘dirty’. There are many connecting rooms which can be a disturbance to light sleepers if you happen to have a noisy neighbour.

The welcome was very warm. Every member of the hotel's team made it a pleasant stay for me. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The lobby was also very aesthetic. It was a good stay.

Variety in the restaurant menu, I guess. Although I understand that it is customary in France to just have a consistent set of food every morning. Having the same, however, for almost 5 days can be a bit 'tiring'.

It was just an overnight pit stop for us but this hotel was very clean, smelled nice, lovely room and bathroom, great facilities and the best thing was that it had a smart tv so we were able to stream our media services. When you’re in a country where the English language is not the predominant language so you’re constantly having communication difficulties day to day it’s nice to go back to your room and just watch something that you’re used to watching and in English. It’s a small detail but very much appreciated.

We came here second time as we loved it last time . The staff are always great and the interiour is lovelly. Unfortunatelly this time we did not wnjoy it that much

1. If yiu trawel with a car and a dog , the charge is 20 euro each . It is quite a lot compared to other places . 2. It was very hot in the room and I did mention it when they asked me in the reseption but the answer was ‘ it is not summer yet so the air con if off ‘ 3. Shower gell was not refiled

Our stay at the hotel was really great. Room was very nice, super comfortable bed. It was great to see the steem iron available in the room! We used the gym in the morning and it had all we needed, weights and rollers, also it was perfectly located with the view for the big trees through huge Windows. Loved the croissants at the breakfast and Kevin Murphy cosmetics!

Great and brand new hotel in a very convenient position in the Croix Rousse district. The city center is just a (very nice) walk away, but you can also take a bus to get there more quickly (the bus station is very close). The district itself is super nice, with a local vibe and lots of restaurants, boulangeries, shops etc. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and modern.
