Clean and the front desk attendant was very accommodating with great southern hospitality

The bathtub needs to be replaced or reglazed; it didn’t match the hotel. The chipped up bathtub reminded me of a cheap motel

On a scale from 0 to 10 I’d give this property a 9.

On booking.com I don’t recall it mentioning that we had to pay for parking and internet. Self parking is $20 per night, valet parking ranges between $22-30(don’t quote me just call the property to double check) and if I can remember internet is $20. Perhaps I was charged because I wasn’t a member, idk. But overall the stay was great.

The hotel was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and the hotel provides a shuttle to anywhere within a two miles radius to the hotel. The grounds around the hotel are beautiful. There is a lake that you can walk around. We were also able to see the Sandy Springs fireworks show from our 18th floor room.

The room did not have a microwave nor an ironing board or iron. We also asked for a room away from the elevator and we were given a room next to the elevator. We could hear the elevator all night and of course the parking which is $22.00 a night or $32.00 for valet.

We always stay here when we visit Atlanta, and this time did not disappoint! It was my daughter's 13th birthday, and the front office supervisor Kelly Scott-Carter not only cheered and celebrated her when we checked in, but also gave us birthday breakfast vouchers on the house! The other gentleman working the front desk got involved, too, and next thing you know, everyone is smiling and celebrating my teenager, treating her like royalty. It was unreal, and I wish I could describe how genuinely caring this hotel is and how attentive to detail they remain. We adore this location, the consistency of the staff and the facilities, and we will always stay at the Westin Atlanta Perimeter North!

I loved the ambiance of the facility. The detachable shower hose was my favorite.

There wasn’t a microwave in the room. There’s one microwave in the lobby and it wasn’t the cleanest.

The ONLY unsatisfactory part of the stay was the wait for elevators. Of the 4 elevators, only 2 seemed to be running the whole weekend and during the day we had to wait for 3-4 rounds of elevators because they were full each time. At one point we decided to just take the stairs down (7 floors) but it lead us to an alarmed emergency exit door so we had to walk back up. Other than the elevator situation, the stay/hotel itself was amazing!

This hotel is located in a new, quiet area, it was absolutely stunning, the design of the whole was well thought out. The staff was absolutely fantastic, welcoming and accommodating. I cannot recommend their restaurant enough best risotto I had! Must try And the rooms were clean and spacious, Also the hotels grounds and surrounding gardens were refreshing and well maintained Although we stayed for one night this hotel will be my go to any feature Georgia travels

I loved everything about it

Since the time I pulled in the parking lot everything caught my attention from the outside up until I walked inside the building

It wasn’t nothing I didn’t like

I liked the location and the decor of the hotel. Scenery was beautiful.. The beds in the rooms were very comfortable I love that you had to use your room keys to access the elevator. Valet service was amazing. Alway greeting us and other guest with a smile and willingness to assist. Like the fact that the rooms were simi soundproof and could not hear guest in the hallway.

Our room specifically. It was not large enough compared to other hotels for the price. The iron was broken as the toilet tissue holder in the bathroom. There was no microwave to warm food. Was given a handicap accessible room, even though I did not ask for one. The closet and bathroom seemed a bit low.

This was truly an outstanding experience! Westin is Westin — the brand’s excellence speaks for itself. But what made this stay exceptional was the STAFF. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with genuine warmth, treated us with care and professionalism, and went above and beyond to ensure it felt like home. Their attentiveness, kindness, and dedication truly elevated the entire experience.
