It is my favourite little hotel in Poznan. I try and book it every time I am in Poland. It's a short walking distance to Srodka and Old Market Square. I loved the view from the window of my room and the area it's located in. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The lady in the hotels' restaurant at breakfast wasn't too friendly... as if she couldn't be bothered... Breakfast was very good but small portions and overpriced!

Our stay at Boutique Hotel was so perfect; the hotel room was good. There was no fridge, so I'll need to remember that for the future and it's just for a short stay but it's good to have restaurants nearby. Staff were always pleasant. Also Śródka is a beautiful little area. We'll be back.

Wonderfully large room, reasonable size bathroom, great wardrobe. Lovely location, slightly outside of the city centre but in very charming spot near the lake and river. Very helpful and supportive staff. Additional bonus- fabulous cafe and restaurant downstairs.

The only small improvement I would welcome- the pillows! I would love more pillows:)

Very friendly staff and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The air conditioned room was spacious, well furnished a very comfortable bed and had a little balcony. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very good. The food in the restaurant was first class, really enjoyable dining experience.

The restaurant closes at 21:00 and as far as I could tell there were limited other options locally (though I did not really explore).

Great location and view from the window / balcony. Few good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to cathedral, old town square or lake... Good, powerful shower, comfortable bed, lights, mirrors, tv, desk, all good 👍🏻 iron and board included in the room too.. Good breakfast.

There's nothing I didn't like, but if anything I would like to have the hairdryer available in the room instead of reception

Me and my friends, we were looking for a place which will good for all 5 of us. One of the options that we received was Środka Boutique Hotel. The location of the hotel was really good accessible by foot or via public transport. We were greet by the friendly staff which explain us all the information about our stay and what we need to know. We received three separates rooms (as we have booked) - two rooms for two persons and one room for three persons. The rooms were big with comfortable beds and additional chairs. Each room got a big TV which allowed us to see the game. We got really nice view from the windows as also from the small balkon from one of the rooms. All the places were clean, so we didn't have any issue with this part. We think to come back here again, but this time to check the room with the sauna and Jacuzzi.

Great location just outside the city but in a square with nice restaurants and near to Malta Lake for a walk or run around. The restaurant is superb and has outstanding Asian food and tasty healthy breakfasts.

The beds are a quite firm.

Great value for money. Very comfortable and modern. Nice amenities. Comfortable bed. Nice little balcony overlooking the street.

Only criticism would be the private parking. Was expecting secured underground, but just a private lot on the street that is not fenced.

Breakfast was beautifully presented and really filling. Ciabatta was my favourite. Very modern and slick hotel and the surrounding area was picturesque. Just a short walk to the main square and Malta Lake. Electric Scooters and trams on hand if you didn't fancy walking. Room was big and well furnished.

Very friendly staff and good location in a quiet part of town. Complimentary bottle of water. Really rich and excellent breakfast choice.

Slightly run down furniture. Thick carpeting not thoroughly vacuumed, resulting in too much small dust, and difficulty in breathing. It was better after several hours of airing overnight. No dirty laundry bag available. Only four hangers available.
