The sweetest staff that seemed to genuinely want to be there and help make people feel welcome. Afternoon milk & cookies and a decent breakfast plus a great pool and hot tub! Very easy to get downtown and other spots- Cerillos Rd seems to be a main thoroughfare and leads directly into the Railway & Downtown areas. Bed was quite comfy, seemed clean and generally well taken care of but there are some definite signs of age. The area had some rough characters wandering around outside away from the entrance, but never felt unsafe.

It's not 5 star but I didn't expect that- it's clean, felt safe, comfortable, and had a great staff. If I had to make suggestions it would be to fix the front door, add a towel hook by the hand washing sink, and install a better exhaust fan that isn't also a heater in the bathroom.

First time visiting and stayed at this hotel and loved it! Everything was clean and working properly. Breakfast was GREAT, they had many options available and the kids loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

The room we stayed in did not look like the picture when we booked, i believe we had one of the older rooms because when booking the rooms looked renovated so that was a little disappointing but it wasn't a big deal as it was only a 1 night stay.

Staffs are friendly and breakfast was good with freshly made bacon, scrambled eggs and cheese omelet. You can make your own waffle also. Over-all breakfast was satisfying.

The curtain looks like it hasn't been washed for a long time with noticeable stains and the top cover has icky white dried gooey that makes you think of something nasty. Maybe it's nothing but you definitely know it hasn't been cleaned in a while and one of the pillows has a thick curly hair. Housekeeping staff needs more training or guidance I think.

The front desk staff accommodated my request to change into a different room as the first room provided smell musty/ dirty. We were given new towels upon request; and breakfast was good with variety and few new items in the two days we were there. The place was clean and had newer furnishing than my last visit there. It actually exceeded my expectations this time around.

The pool area did not look that clean, so I did not use it but maybe it's because we arrived in the afternoon and some guests may have already put it to good use during the day. But hubby and son stated it looks better the next day and they went swimming in the morning.

The staff was unbelievable! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was seriously good! The rooms smelled clean and were very comfortable.

Very uncomfortable with the homeless guy eating with his hands and staring at everyone. He walked off and left a huge mess. Glad he was getting a meal, but it was spooky. Plus he hung out at the front door.

The location was helpful as we were going to Meow Wolf and Los Alamos. The staff were friendly, beds were comfy, breakfast was tasty (especially those green chiles).

The pool was a little rundown and only had one set of tall stairs (not super great for kids but this is ok). Another part out of their control was getting into the hotel from the west side (I might have my directions confused). There is a weird sharp turn into a liquor store which was usually pretty crowded, but the pain only lasted two seconds.

The location was between Applebee's and The Horseman Cafe. I asked if I could walk to Applebee's and was told, NO. I walked it a night, and it is 2 blocks away. Watch for uneven sidewalks, but it's any easy distance. You should consider taking a jacket at night because the desert is cold at night.The hotel has everything in the room to hold food in the refrigerator and a microwave to heat. A coffee maker, iron in closet, and good firm beds. The entire staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms are cleaned by housekeeping to an immaculate condition.

The hotel is older, and the shower curtain in my room didn't have a liner. The shower curtain itself was fraided, and eyelets were torn.

Location, breakfast was good, beds comfy, staff nice. My grandson enjoyed the indoor pool.

Had trouble getting shower temperature regulated. There was a problem with their water heater I guess. The water was tepid most of the time. Never had hot water. I mentioned it to the front desk and they apologized for the problem and hope to have it fixed soon.

The breakfast was okay, and the hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable.

I'm a Canadian and a big NFL 49er fan. I was super disappointed that there was only one game on they're TV and it wasnt the 9ers plus it was on a regular TV channel. They have no ESPN, Fox sports etc. Americas game and I cant watch NFL in the United States, very very unblieable to me. I must asume you get plenty of compliants about the lack of sport channels.

The location was convenient for early morning medical appointments. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet. The coffee in the lobby/ breakfast was quite good. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient.

The synthetic eggs for breakfast were the only complaint regarding amenities. All the rest was the usual fair for a chain hotel. Some Lights over the sink were burnt out and substandard quality.
