The location is ideal, and the rooms are clean. They also have wonderful customer service.

The beds are a little firm, but not horrible. We will stay here again due to the location, the cleanliness and good customer service.

This hotel was a good value with comfortable rooms and a fantastic location for the price. Staff was friendly, and everything was very clean. I would stay there again, even though there were a few aspects I wish had been different.

I didn't love being charged for parking -- it should be included. This hotel has a huge parking lot, and plenty of room for cars. It's really a stepped-up motel, and I never have to pay for parking at places like this, especially when room rates are not cheap (a good bargain for the area, but still not cheap). If the hotel wants to charge for parking, they should sell passes to people who aren't staying there and reserve enough spaces for those who are. The other thing I didn't like -- can we please move past the trend of sliding barn doors for bathrooms? Is it too much to ask for a bathroom door that shuts and latches?

location, pool, hotel was clean, coffee. The location is great as you can walk everywhere in old town. Place is clean. Ice machine is great. Pool is great. Rooms are clean. Parking is secure. You pay $10 for it. They should just fix that into price of room.

They did not have breakfast. Even continental breakfast would have been nice. I don't like to get up and have to go out for breakfast. I had used a search for hotels with breakfast and pools and when we arrived, were told they no longer do breakfast.

The room was very spacious and the location of the hotel was very convenient in Santa Fe. It was very quiet, so we could sleep very well. The cleaning service was good.

The door did not lock in various occasions. The locks heat up with the Sun and stop working, making it very unsafe for the guests and their belongings. The staff knew about this problem, as they had a solution rightaway: put ice on the locks. This issue should be address urgently. Rather high price tag.

This is a really nice hotel 100 yards from the central Square. The location is the best. Big parking lot. They only charge you $10 to park which is fair. 1960 style motel with big parking lot but very well-maintained with updated rooms. I always stay here when in Santa Fe. It can be a little overpriced depending on demand.

It would be nice if they didn’t charge for parking, but having said that, it’s only $10 a night, which is basically fair as there is no easy street parking in the neighborhood. Room rates can be too expensive, depending on demand .

Great location, comfortable bed. Clean, updated room. It was much less expensive than many of the downtown hotels, but right in the middle of everything. I came early to see if I could check in and the front desk staff person got me in as soon as they were finished with cleaning the room. Would definitely stay there again.

I was sharing the room with a co-worker while we were in town for a conference. I was dissapointed that they wouldn't let my coworker check in when she arrived because they had already given me "both keys" even though they are just key cards. They also seemed surprised we had two cars, but it turned out okay.

The location is right in Downtown Santa Fe! The staff was amazing. The guy that works the night shift was super helpful to me every night. My room was cleaned every day of my stay. I enjoyed the free cups of coffee night or day from the lobby.

No elevator near my room just stairs. A microwave would have made my stay better. There’s a fridge but if I could reheat leftovers it would rock more. There is not a breakfast included, but they have coffee makers and breakfast bars for you in the room.

Hotel was close to the square - within walking distance. The room was surprisingly quiet - don't know if this was due to the location or if it is just a quiet town - no racing cars or parties in the parking lot. We were looking for inexpensive accommodations within walking distance of the Governor's palace and this hotel fit the bill.

The shower, sink, and toilet were all in the same room, rather than having the sink outside of the shower/toilet area. This meant that everyone had to single thread through the facilities, rather than other hotels where 1 person could be showering while another person could shave or wash their face.

This hotel is in a very good location for bopping around Santa Fe's Plaza and beyond. It was super clean and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shower was nice and I liked being on the second floor. Also, the room was a great value for September in Santa Fe.

I didn't like that we had to pay 10.00 to park. That seemed unnecessary--parking isn't that hard in Santa Fe. They offered breakfast at a new restaurant that was owned by a separate company--so you had to pay 8.50 but it looked like every free breakfast a person would get at any chain motel. My advice is to come to an arrangement with the restaurant themselves and offer it to the patrons for free. Also, if you have a heavy bag and are on the second floor, you have to lug it up yourself because it's a motor lodge setup. Not a problem for me, but it might be for someone.

A good-sized, comfortable room with plenty of secure onsite parking. Check-in process was easy and we didn’t need to interact with staff beyond check in and returning the room access cards at the end of our stay. Plenty of information and feee tea and coffee in the reception are for those who want or need it. We didn’t.

We were aware of other guests moving about and departing early in the morning, but in the grand scheme of things that wasn’t too bad.
