Had a great stay! Would stay again for sure. It was a perfect and beautiful room! Bathroom was large and spacious with two sinks. Loved our entire stay. It was romantic and practical. The location is perfect and so easy to walk anywhere. The included valet was so easy and never get rid of it! Great valet and bar staff. They deserve all the praise for the hard work. The grounds are gorgeous.

I am a hot sleeper and the mattress was not for me personally. But that is expected from me!

The property is historic and has beautiful art throughout. There are so many spaces in which to sit and relax. Different flavored water is served in the lobby daily. The staff is amazing! The location is perfect for walking the historic district.

The room temperature is hard to control and the water in the shower took a long time to get hot enough for a shower.

everyone was very friendly and accommodating and the beds were VERY comfortable. The room size was great also and it was very convenient to downtown Santa Fe so you could park and walk. Parking was free and we were given coupons for free drinks when we checked in. There’s plenty of street parking but we parked it so nothing would happen to the rental car at night.

For the price, it could use a little maintenance. However, it is a historical hotel so some of the ambience is based in its history.

You will love staying at LA Posada De Santa Fe! The hotel is set up like a little village. Nice large sitting area with fireplace. Bedroom and bathroom area are large. Hotel offers shuttle that transports within a two mile radius that we used though downtown was a ten minutes or so walk. Convenient valet parking. Everyone a t LA Possada is very friendly!

Noticed little bugs on the room wall on arrival. They are tree bugs coming inside because of the cool weather. Front desk stated they do not bite and had Pest Control spray the outside and when we were out the hotel room. Only saw one or two afterward. Do not let this discourage you from staying here!

Our first room (180) had a portable ac unit and when we turned it on, our allergies were horrible. When we told Lesley, at the front desk, she was SO apologetic, upgraded our room to the gorgeous suite (100) and gave us a free drink card for the bar. Lesley’s service, friendliness and investment in your hotel are incredible. She is so proud to work at La Posada and it shows. Everyone we met who works there were wonderful.

Our first room (180) needs to have the ac cleaned out. While we’re in room 100, a wonderful guy came into work on the heat for another room. He set up a ladder, opened the ceiling access, and left to get tools. He didn’t come back and we had to go to the front desk an hour later because our room got freezing cold with the access open for so long.

I don't like resort fees, but the Posada includes shuttle service within 2 miles morning til 10 pm. If you don't have a car, it is essential in Santa Fe because there is NO TAXI service and Uber is unreliable. I used six shuttles in one busy day. Most of the museums and other tourist venues are within shuttle distance, and the drivers are the friendliest and most delightful part of the staff. The property is spectacular, the pool is not usully crowded (though it could be warmer), and the whole experience is first class.

Expensive food and drink should be expensive in a deluxe resort like this. I traveled alone and can afford it, but it would break the bank for a family. My least expensive meal was coffee and a bagel with cream cheese for 16 dollars including tax and tip. A full breakfast runs in the 30 dollar range. A pork chop dinner is 52 dollars without beverages, tax, or tip. One can walk to Palacio restaurant nearby for lunch or dinner. No economical breakfast spot close by.

We loved the self enclosed nature of the property which allowed you some privacy. We love the porch with the room so you could enjoy the outdoors and property. We loved the friendliness of the staff and how they interacted with us.

The water pressure was a low and the tub floor was slippery during showers. A bath mat would have been great.

The amenities were great. Wish there were some kind of food for room service. Even snacks in disposable packaging would be great.

The fact that there was a very large amount approved from my debit card as well as the actual charge for my stay. It cleared my checking, savings and my signature loan. Still not sure if I will get fined for that. When I checked my account on Wednesday it was -$113.00. I didn't check out until Thursday.

The property was a nice get away and the staff was excellent and attended to every request that was made..

It could have used just a little maintenance in certain areas but for the most part those could be over looked..

Service was excellent, grounds were beautiful and the pool and hot tub were great. Nespresso machine made good coffee.

The Queen studio room was a bit smaller than I thought it would be.
