Excellent value for money. Clean. Well looked after feel to the interior of the building. Felt safe. It had all the basic facilities for a short stay. Microwave, fridge.

A steep climb to the apartments. No lift within the building. Too expensive for left luggage.

I arrived 1.5 hours early and was charged 25 euros an hour to store my suitcase. Was not allowed to rent in the room that was ready. Toilets seem to have blocking problems, and toilet paper was not allowed to be flushed. This is unacceptable and un hugenic. Not fire detectors or escape. Is this legal?

spotlessly clean and very well equipped. we had 3 apartments for three couples and each one was first rate.

location was a little way from the centre up lots of hills and steps. on the last night we found lifts and escalators that took us right to the door almost. A local told us that there are lots of hidden lifts that mean you don’t have to climb any hills. a map of lifts can be got from Tourist Information.

At least in this part of the town, old beautiful houses are still not demolished and substituted with ugly modern construction.The building of the accomodation is nicely restored 19th century building. Clean, cozy, nice design.

Communication is made by the bot. So robot tells you 'thank you for you being with us' long before you check-in))) Cleaners look wild. Don't even say helllo. Very loud, so it is impossible to open the window. That's the problem in the whole Monaco because of never-ending traffic of the sport cars, motorcycles and scooters and loud because of ugly corrupted building(such a shame for Monaco as the Principality).

I recently stayed at this hotel in Monaco and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was fantastic: a cozy room with an excellent orthopedic mattress provided maximum comfort. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which created a homely atmosphere. In the room, I found thoughtful compliments from the hotel — Italian chocolate, French champagne, and two bottles of mini water, adding a special touch to my stay. The value for money and quality of service are truly justified, and the hotel’s location is ideal. Without a doubt, I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and great service in Monaco!

Close to train, nice area

Strict rules around check out and luggage ( and damage putting anything in toilet? No basket for toilet paper)

It was perfect for two nights and one person. It is a very small space with a twin bed, but it was perfect as I was practically only using the place to sleep. Has a nice bathroom as well as a good shower. There is no key and only a keypad at the door to enter, so there is no need to worry about keys. The door to the apartment building is always open, but no need to worry about that because it's Monaco.

I think the bed should maybe be a little more comfortable but other than that I liked everything. Oh, and also, the window looks out into the street, but directly across is an apartment building much taller, and you can see directly into the room if you don't close the blinds.

We really appreciated the convenient location of the accommodation. The cleanliness was also good. It was a last-minute booking, so we didn’t look into all the details; we just needed a place to rest our heads. In the morning, we met someone who was probably the owner, and contrary to what some reviews mentioned about her being arrogant, we found her to be kind and helpful.

Regarding cleanliness, we noticed that the glasses in the bathroom were not cleaned. The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning, but the fan provided partially makes up for this.

The room was small but cozy with all equipment what may you need during short stay. The check in process was easy and smooth.

too much rules with fines for the breaches before staying, doesn't make you feel very welcome. No AC in the room, but I believe it is in progress to establish. The location is good and bad at the same time, coz you have to climb a lot when returning, but it is Monaco, love it or hate it :)

When you enter the Monaco Apartment, you are immediately amazed by the incredible view of the city. The room is very lovely, comfortable and well equipped. I would stay there again!

My only complaint was about the service. Indeed, the apartment does not have luggage storage, or at least, the cost per hour of luggage is very excessive. What a pity! I would suggest changing it or at least making it more accessible to ease tourists as well. It is very difficult to get around Munich with luggage, and this really ruins such a positive experience.
