The corner room was a lot bigger than any of the other rooms I’ve been in there before so that was nice

Had issues with booming.com and check in times but the staff working that night we checked in was very helpful. They have a rule to do house keeping every other day and it was a little bit frustrating that they wanted to do house keeping for us when we hadn’t been there a whole night yet we had checked in early at 6 am but they still wanted to do house keeping even though I told them I had a headache and didn’t need room service it seems to me like they were just being more nosy than necessary and a little too pushy about house keeping.

The room was clean and easy to access from the parking lot. Jacob, who was at the desk when we arrived in the evening, was kind enough to put our travel companions in the room above ours. I always appreciate a sink outside of the bathroom so that one person doesn't monopolize everything. I wish we had been there when the food trucks across the street were open as they looked delicious!

The toilet seat wasn't well connected to the rest of the toilet and there was rust on the bathroom window, which also appeared quite old, although much of the room had been upgraded. The bed was a little on the hard side.

I enjoy motel 6 off Portland road because the staff always make me feel welcome there always clean and since the new manager and new guy that work night I've not had issue with my car being broken into or anything.

I don't like that there is no guest Laundry, And the lights are really Brite or dark and sometimes it's hard to get the room temperature right and the cold coming through under the door is hard to deal with but because the customer service is good the maids gave me a towel to keep under the door. And my last stay my food went bad do to the power strip going out. The manager allowed me to move the fridge and microwave.

This motel reminded me of ones that I had stayed in in Europe. Minimalistic, such as no cheesy art on the walls, Kleenex or shampoo. Very basic, but very comfortable. Great bed. The bathroom has been updated and I liked the look of the furnishings. Super clean.

A train goes by during the night. I think it was only once. Also, the Goodwill next door opens its freight doors early in the am, which causes some slamming noise. I did ok, but a person who is sensitive to sound should bring earplugs.

The rooms was very clean and very cozy. the staff were super friendly and were good with getting my room even though I was a bit early for check in. Also housekeeping was timely in getting me towels.

The only issue is since it is right off a street so it could get kinda noisey at times. Also the doors could use a barrier at the bottom since there would be a lot of outside noise coming in from it.

Staff is super friendly. The housekeeping manager even made sure my room was good this time. It was so nice! Housekeeping has definitely improved.

There wasn't anything I didn't like this time. It was a good stay. This location is improving a lot. Keep up the good work. Especially whoever is in charge of housekeeping now. They are doing an amazing job!

Everything was perfect, only the lady at the front desk. She is a racist

There is a woman who is very rude and has not done her job. When you want to pay for another day, she tells you that you don't have how many, that the hotel is full and you go to Booking and they have rooms available. I go back to tell her why she is denying me the room when they have many rooms available and you tell me pure stupid excuses about her system, she is racist.

I really liked how clean the room was and how nice the bed was. I loved how the bathroom and sink were arranged, so that I could get ready while people were in the bathroom. I don't have any complaints about the staff, they were lovely.

There's a gap between the door and the floor which would be okay if the door didn't lead outside the room which did give us an interesting spider incident. The doors are not as secure as they should be, so bring a portable door stopper. After two weeks, I still haven't gotten my deposit back which is 150 dollars.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for my fiancé and I. The electric outlets were convenient at our bedside. The pillows were soft and plush. The room was easy access on the bottom floor right near the exit. The shower had great water pressure.

The neighbors were a bit noisy during the late night hours. The temp control for the shower was highly sensitive so it was either burning hot or extremely cold at the slightest turn. The window in the bathroom was hard to close. It took my fiancé and myself to close and lock it due to there not being a screen.

The room was clean and a good size.

It could be maintained better. When we checked in, the employee wrote the wrong number on our set of keys. It caused an issue with the person who was already in the room, because we kept trying to open the wrong room with our key.
