The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The lack of elevator!!!! Breakfast: they did not replenish hot items quickly enough which made guests have to wait quite a while to get them. The staff did not answer the phones when we called. The rooms were way too expensive for how basic they were. No basic toiletries provided other than soap, shampoo and conditioner (no lotion, shower caps, cotton, q-tips, etc.)

Breakfast was okay. I enjoyed the eggs and ham.

You could have had a better selection on the Danish. It was very quiet until about six in the morning and the person above me was stomping across the room and did so for about half an hour. Not your fault but it did interrupt my sleep. I stayed in room 123, the handle to the shower was loose and it came off when I turned on the shower. I forgot to tell you that when I left.

Great spot just off the freeway for an overnight. Not like those scary looking hotels you often find just off the freeway. Nicely lit, clean, friendly welcome, good sized room. Very pleased with the stop.

A lot of outside noise, suggest ear plugs. No elevator - not an issue for us (I knew going in), make sure you request ground floor if you can't climb stairs.

Clean and spacious room. Plenty of food for breakfast. Staff was friendly. There is a very small lobby / bar available. The pool looked nice but we did not use it. Excellent pizza place a mile down the road. This hotel is right off the interstate, very convenient.

Room next to us smelled like wet dog.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our room and the whole property was clean. And the breakfast was delicious too. I just wish that we had a little more time to spend there. Our stay was super short, but we felt right at home. If we are ever in the area again, I would stay there in a heartbeat.

I liked that it was well kept and seemed very clean. The Hotel is right by the exit going towards Gibson City which is where I came down to do some work. I recommend this facility.

liked indoor pool and outside patio area. staff was very friendly and welcoming. will definitely stay here again when visiting. very clean facilities.

I visited for a week (M-F) at the end of September 2022. I spent a lot of this time visiting family in/near Paxton, so it is really great that there is a 'modern' hotel there now! Breakfast is served 6-9am, which is great for those travelers who have places to be (early), as well as those of us who used this time to sleep in (my first morning there, I woke up at 8:45am, and rushed down to grab breakfast before moving on with my day's itinerary. The breakfast fixings were perfectly planned, plenty of coffee with refills ready-to-go, with hot buffet (eggs and sausages) as well as everybody's favorite waffle iron! Juices and cereals, biscuits, as well as a good selection of grab-n-go items. Finally, I hung the Do-Not-Disturb sign on my door, because I do not require daily towels or any other cleaning services for myself. I set my trashcan outside of the door twice, and both mornings it was emptied promptly. If you've ever stayed in a place that did NOT provide trash service-only, you may understand why NOT returning to a room with a full trash can outside of the door made me happy!

This hotel is a 2-story building. I wandered around the lobby, looking for the elevator up to my room (with my giant suitcase). There is NO elevator. This wasn't a problem for me, but I was concerned about my parents' room, since they were going to be meeting me here later in the week. Fortunately, they were already booked onto the first floor, and I was able to verify this with the front desk before they arrived. If you are limited in mobility, be sure you request a ground-floor room. I think there is one handicap-accessible room, also on the ground floor.

I liked the quiet atmosphere and that it was very family friendly. The breakfast was good and had a decent selection. The room was comfortable.

The only thing that could have been better was that they ran out of milk for breakfast. Other than that, everything was fine.

I was pleased with the selection my only recommendation would be to rotate biscuits and gravy as a hot option and refresh the individually wrapped items more often since donuts ran out.
