Super comfy beds, sink in the kitchenette ,quiet neighborhood, large TV, good included breakfast, single serve coffee machine in room with Starbucks Coffee Friendly helpful staff We were offered nicely chilled bottled water as we checked in after a long day of driving. It’ the little things that make a difference.

The rooms are clean and spacious with a kitchenette and large closet. I like that breakfast is available until 10 a.m. There are a lot of options available- scrambled eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, and bagels. It is quiet for getting a good night’s sleep.

Manager/Owner was very friendly and eager to help in anyway.

This was our second visit to this property. It has become one of our go-to stops when we travel back to Illinois on the way to visit relatives. It’s not fancy, but you cannot beat the service here. It is very affordable and very clean. The staff is marvelous. They are in the process of renovating this property into the hotel, so all of the rooms are not finished yet, but the ones that are finished are comfortable and clean.

No complaints. This is not a fancy hotel, but it’s great for our kind of travel. Clean and comfortable.

The price I paid via booking.com was an incredible value for this room. The room was large and clean…with a fridge, microwave, safe, coffee maker, desk w/chair, TV, WiFi. Kitchen sink and counters, dresser, a chair, multiple lamps, wall art…it was amazing. Check-in staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast…breakfast is included. I haven’t even had the breakfast yet, but it doesn’t matter. I’m already so impressed with the price to value ratio here that they could serve cold oatmeal in the morning and I would still be satisfied.

Of course, nothing is perfect and there were some signs of wear and tear here and there in the room, but the overall impression of the room was nice and clean. The only thing I would recommend to the establishment is to vacuum their hallways and stairwells daily. The build up of dust and dirt in the hall and stairwells sends a message contrary to what the rooms are like. My room was fantastic, It doesn’t cost much to vacuum when you already own the vacuum. The location was off the beaten path…I only found this because of booking.com, but it wasn’t too far off the highway I was on. It worked for me.

I actually stayed longer, maybe 3 weeks while waiting for an apt. and they were all just super friendly i had stayed at other hotels that cost more and they were so much hastle knocking at the door at 11:02 or calling the room, smokey smell, windows didnt open, gross bedding and smelly towels also unsafe areas and there was hardly any breakfast or coffee at most here they have a plethora of choices from scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels, cereal, waffles, coffee, teas, juice etc. and i love he Starbucks they leave in the room with the coffee maker. Some places even kept close watch on me when i walked my dog, not all places are really "pet friendly" like the motel 6 in Urbana but this place was just easy breezy very polite and accomedating , they let us just enjoy our time here and by the time we got here that was much needed, the rooms are very large, high ceilings, huge TV's and desks, big windows and a little kitchen area and large bathroom, so while it's in a sort of remote area Champaign is not far at all and worth the drive, there's a Walmart near for ordering and McDonalds and Taco Bell etc close by. I stayed at La Quinta,, motel 6, Microtel inn. I would deff. recommend this hotel over any of those. They appreciate their guests.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. We stayed for a week. Great Staff! Accommodated us with everything we asked for and needed in our room. Wonderful hot and cold free breakfast. Security is great. We got in late and staff gave us instructions on what to do for our check in to go smooth. Beds were nice and soft! Room was of good size with a walkin closet. Bathrooms nice and clean. Will absolutely stay again and recommend it to everyone. Food places and shopping near by also.

Only complaint is it does take the hot water more than 5 min to warm or heat up. But, once it's going it its nice. Showers had great water pressure!

The owners and staff made you feel at home. We were driving home to MN from vacation in Florida. My partner had emergency surgery to include toe amputation, He was very sick during they travels. They went out of their way to wash laundry and gave me cleaning stuff for the vehicle. when we left, they made sure we had some food from their Breakfast for the drive home. BREAKFAST was nicely put together, They treat everyone like family. We highly recommend this place. They are in the middle of rennovating.

Our stay with the huge throng of eclipse chasers was excellent. The staff was a little overwhelmed at check-in but they managed very well given the circumstances. Our room was clean, quiet and really met our expectations just fine. Breakfast was a little chaotic on eclipse day, better the day after. The staff was really nice, there was nothing else they could have done to make it better. Our room was good, beds comfy and even the air/heat combo worked well. Nice big TV but didn't have cable or have local channels. Not a big deal but something others may want to note. Liked having the kitchenette and fridge.

A bit off the beaten path, but with GPS we found it OK. It's very basic mom and pop accommodation which may not suit some people. The hot water for the shower took a while...maybe 4-5 minutes, but once it was there it was good. Kitchenette water was hot right away.
