It was clean and breakfast had a good variety. Convenient to Walmart, restaurants, Starbucks. Staff were helpful. Quiet when we were there.

There was some things that needed repaired. The sink had a small crack, shower at bottom of door entry had some drywall crack that needed repair and a crack in the tile at base of shower. Two holes had been patched but not painted in the bathroom by towel rack. Important to keep up repairs or can look rough. Bathroom tile grout on the floor looked worn and was white in some places and dark in others. Carpet was clean. Room otherwise good.

We had stayed in this hotel to visit family in Rantoul. It was such a nice hotel, and it was much better than staying in Champaigne and commuting.

My ONLY concern would be the elevator. There was only one, but that was fine. Had to wait alittle longer, but nothing that couldn’t be managed. However, the elevator itself seemed off its tracks or something. It would shake after it would stop at every floor, and sometimes would drop a couple inches when people would get on/off. Besides this, I had such an amazing stay for the weekend and would give it 10/10 stars.

Hot Breakfast was great and always ready at the opening time. Desk in room was spacious and perfectly lit. Very convenient location for visiting family. Bed was extremely comfortable. Exercise room was well equipped.

Spa water was lower than normal. Maintenance was working on this problem. Pool was same temp as spa.

Hotel overall was clean and smelled really good. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, bathrooms were stocked really well and walls weren't thin so I barely heard any noise. Breakfast was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool was closed, and I was really looking forward to it.

Everything about the stay here was exceptional! Terrific breakfast--lots of choices and well maintained. The whole hotel was spotless. The staff was so pleasant and friendly. Efficient and accommodating. Didn't want to leave there!

The only thing that could have been better is if I could have stayed longer!!

Breakfast was only a slight downfall due to kitchen issues but the options were fine to take on the road.

Everything was great only down sides was the pool not being open

The bed was super comfortable. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Location right next to the Rantoul Family Sports Complex was perfect!

I try to stay at holiday inn express everywhere I go because the facilities are always nice and the breakfast is awesome. And this location definitely doesn't disappoint. But the staff at this location was especially exceptional, super friendly and helpful.
