Hotel is located in a great position which is close to one of the most beautiful beaches of Kefalonia (Petanoi) with only 5’ by car. Really good options of seafood/ Greek cuisine etc can be found close to the premises, too. Sea views are also astonishing and the owners keep their promise by maintaining a relaxing environment full of serenity. Staff is always helpful, willing to assist, polite and professional. Hotel amenities and rooms are in very good condition, internet connection is perfect and room was spacious. Breakfast and cleaning services are also very good/ excellent. You deserve to pay for all the above and it is OK to give a premium for the aforementioned pros

I have to say that a 4-star hotel should theoretically have a restaurant to offer meals. This is also strictly mentioned in Booking but you only have the option to order snacks from the bartender close to the pool area. Moreover, the owner seemed to be totally unprepared for the abnormal July heatwave: not even one ceiling fan close to the breakfast area, this was not only a bad experience for the customers, but also a torture for the staff. I totally understand that this is not an ordinary summer day in Kefalonia, but at the end this is a 4-star hotel and expectations are higher compared to a mid/ low range alternatives. Pricing in the pool bar was found salty but this is subjective and since I am a Greek customer with knowledge of country’s economic factors, I might be a little biased.

Breath taking views from most parts of the hotel. Attractive buildings and grounds. Spacious and very clean rooms with rooms on the upper floors (recommended) having balconies and stunning views. Good pool with plenty of well thought out seating. Contrary to older reports, connectivity is good.

The location is fairly remote with every venture from the hotel requiring transport, even to the beach below. Amenities are basic and service is limited. The vibe is more nice BB than luxury hotel.

The hotel's atmosphere is full of attention to detail and friendliness. All the staff, the owners and their family, simply everyone, thanks to their warmth and excellent service, make this hotel a place where you feel at home and enjoy life, all in a stunningly beautiful spot. Fortunately, the bay is sparsely developed, and nature takes precedence. We felt like we were visiting loving friends. It was quiet, clean, and lived up to all the stars, from breakfast to the evening cocktail at the bar. We slept so well in this oasis of peace. We would come back anytime. Fabulous hotel in an amazing location. Very comfortable rooms, good pool and bar, run by a delightful family. Excellent for a peaceful holiday with much to do around or nothing as you wish. A car is pretty much essential to get around and to the four local tavernas for a meal (the Erasmias taverna on the beach is good). Thankfully car hire is very cheap on the island.

Hotel in a wonderful location with a breathtaking view, good breakfast and nice bar on swimming pool. Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, with a small kitchen that is well equipped. Very friendly hosts, swimming pool area is wonderful and very quiet

The bathroom, where no matter how careful you are, water leaks outside the cabin and is constantly wet and splashes around the apartment.

Beautiful property, large wonderful rooms, bedding so very comfortable. Oh to watch the sunsets from this view. Great staff. Tavernas down by the beach very good. Water perfect. Thank you to the wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

Wish there were more food options, they did a great job with breakfast. Loved their dogs that came to say hello.

The staff was amazing! Since we had no car, the owner graciously arranged for a wonderful guide and car service to get to various places around the island. She even took us down to Petani beach one day which we were thankful for. We were very happy with our room. The view is unparalleled and worth the stay. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and wonderful!
