1. From the moment we booked this place, it was super easy to talk via messages. If we had any questions - we got answers quick and clear. 2. We landed 23:00 and it was super short road from airport to Etesia (around 7 minutes). Buses don’t drive at night, so we took taxi that waited just outside. We payed for taxi 20€ for 2 peoples. 3. Instructions how to go in to building were easy. We went inside very quick and got room Nr.2. 4. Room was very clean, no bad smell. Not too big but not too small. Perfect for short stay. Room had beautiful balcony with orange trees. 5. Bed: middle size. Matress is hard, but we are get used to it so for us it was good. Maybe for some people it could be too hard. In both sides there were places where to charge phones. 6. Bathroom: quite small, but very clean. Small beautiful details by the sink. Shower is small, but ok. Cold and hot water without any problem. There was shampoo inside so it was super nice, you don’t need yours :) there were 3 size of towels for each of us, so it was convenient. 7. Breakfast: full of choose, fresh and tasty! There were: bacon, boiled eggs, white, brown bread, butter, pancakes, youghurts, fresh strawberries, kiwies, sweet cakes, butter, cooffee from coffee machine was super good- we could choose from different varieties of coffees and that was nice! We ate outside on the balcony it was nice :) 8. In the room also there was minibar with drinks. Prices were around 3€ for water or other drinks also TV 9. Lady-manager was super friendly, talked quite good in english and made us very tasty coffee so thank you!

If we could search what we dont like in this place- i would say sounds from airport, but it is normal :) also water from shower leaked on the ground but also it was no problem. Shower heads could be changed, because it looked old and dirty.

I had great time here. Place is very clean and comfortable. Located near the centre of Olbia, 2 min from busstation to airport and San Teodoro (and all the beaches on the way there). Diverse and good breakfast with delicious cakes that lovely host Cinzia has made herself. Warmest recommendation. I know I am gonna come back again

The room was modern and spacious. It was all very clean. The breakfast was great and there were snacks and cake in the community space all the time, which was very nice as well. The parking is good as well and is safe behind a fence and a gate.

The road next by is quite busy and loud, so sitting outside in the nice garden is not very relaxing. Communication was good over all, but we didnt know any italian which was not ideal as communication in italian would have been easier.

The cleanliness, the generous choices of food and drink provided in the room, the kindness of the hostess who allowed me to arrive early and made me fresh-squeezed orange juice the next morning, the fabulous breakfast included in the price, and the willingness of the hostess to provide maps/directions for the area. I had attended an Italian language school in Sardegna, and the hostess even took time to speak Italian with me!! She went OUT IF HER WAY to be hospitable!!

The bed was really comfortable and big, The room itself was also big and had space to store our belongings The place was quiet, small (not too many guests or noise), easy to find, easy to reach by bus from the airport and easy to arrive and chek-in even when we arrived late at night Cinzia, the person who received us, was very welcoming, polite and kind to us The breakfast was very well served and in a very cute dinning room

The stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The room was not only great, but spotlessly clean. The breakfast is amazing - the variety of food offered is a pleasant surprise. I would like to express special gratitude to the staff for receiving us at two o’clock in the morning. We were supposed to arrive earlier, but our plane was delayed by an hour and a half and we arrived very late. If we are in Olbia again, we will definitely come back again! We recommend it. 11/10

The room is spacious and comfortable. There’s a blow dryer too. ;) I like the fact the owner is super responsive and gives good direction via bus to get to the accommodation. Also, she was kind enough to waive the city tax as we don’t have Euro cash on me.

Nothing that I don’t like. The only thing I’d say the owner need to get a little better instruction in how to get inside the accommodation as we were slightly confused on her instruction. So it took us a min to figure out. Not a deal breaker. :)

We spent our first night of our honeymoon road trip at Etesia B&B, and it was a perfect start to our adventure. Upon entering our room, we were delighted to find a bottle of bubbly and rose petals on the bed—a thoughtful and romantic gesture that made us feel truly special. The room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. The personal touches and warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

This was the most amazing accommodation for our trip so far. The host went above and beyond all expectations. The rooms we so lovely and the breakfast was next level. Our host was there every morning to ask if you needed anything at all. Even let me borrow the iron and ironing board to freshen up our clothes. Would highly recommend etesia accommodations. We loved it. Sad to leave.

Very comfortable room, with a kettle! Breakfast is typical European style, but Cinzia certainly makes you feel welcome and she is very helpful for local knowledge for distances and places of interest.

The main personal issue is the bed size. It's a double bed and not the ideal size for a 6 foot + person! Just needs a bit of maintenance to fix the leaking shower door and shower head in bathroom.
