The room was huge, and it was the only hotel that fit our two hard-case baggage open on the top of a couch we had inside our room. We really appreciate it. The decoration was beautiful and thoughtful The staff was kind and helpful with everything: organising a takeaway brekkie when we had an early tour, fixing our aircon, and booking our massages at the hotel spa. The massage and facial were great and we highly recommend it The restaurant is outstanding, we wish we had more dinners there. We loved the "encocado de camarao", the best we had in Colombia. Santa Marta food was the best.

The air conditioner did not work on our first night, and it was pretty hot. The following day, it was fixed. There are several properties with dogs surrounding the hotel, and they can be quite noisy, including in the evenings. But overall, we slept well.

Location is off the main road, so it is decent. Stray dogs barking at night can be pretty noisy. The staff (especially the man who works night shift at the front desk) were amazing! He made us coffee and grilled cheese sandwiches when we were up early to depart for Tayrona. He went out of his way to do this for us, he definitely didn’t have to. We appreciated it so much! We were leaving before breakfast began. The pool is a little chilly for my liking, but I only went in after the outdoor area was shaded. It seemed to get mostly sun in the morning. Easy walk to Rodadero beach. Try the mango with lemon & salt - YUM!!! Had to be buzzed in and out of front gate of hotel, was a little bit irritating because we felt like we were bothering the staff if we forgot something in the car. I guess it’s for safety though which is top priority of course! Street parking available out front, no problem for us. Small hotel, maybe only 5-6 rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff at the reception were super friendly and did their best to make our stay as relaxing as possible. I really appreciated that it’s a small hotel with only a few rooms – the service felt much more personal and attentive compared to larger hotels. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The grounds and the room was always clean and comfortable.

I thought the breakfast could have been more robust. It wasn't the equivalent of an included breakfast at one of the larger hotels. However, it was tasty, and the food quality was high—just not enough of it.

The pool area was amazing!, the room very clean and the bathroom with everything you need. The staff make you feel very cared for.

The property is not just for adults. And the concept is the full relaxation and peace, there was kids screaming around that completely damage the idea of the hotel. They should think about this very seriously.

Beautifully presented rooms, very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Located perfectly, away from the noisy streets but within close enough walking distance to restaurants, beach and bars. The staff were fantastic, especially Alvaro who went above and beyond to help us organise a day trip to Minca and taxis etc. Food was exceptional, we wished we had eaten in the restaurant more! Highly recommend

Central location, 5min a walk to everything in El Rodadero. Room and common areas were spotless clean, always tidy and as per pictures. Staff was very kind and ready to help with any question or ask we had. Quiet area, away from the Rodadero noise. 7minites walk to Rodadero main beach.

Only downside was roadworks making it hard to cross the street safely. The hotel street also got partially inundated after heavy rain which made impossible to cross the street without circumnavigating it through a side road.

We arrived at the hotel for a stopover before heading into Santa Marta and were greeted by a lovely host by the name of Ana Cecilia. She was incredible, exceptional customer service who went above and beyond to take care of us and attend to every need. She truly is amazing and made the experience even better. The facilities were great, the hotel itself was beautiful and clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone, it was great!

Nice decoration and comfortable rooms ! I like that they offer extra services of massages, pool and the restaurant. The location is ok, close to a mall and 15 mins walking to the beach.

The breakfast can be better, an arepa de huevo is not enough for some people … I know they are trying to show the Caribbean gastronomy but it’s not enough.

We were very pleased with the size of the room. We chose to upgrade to the deluxe suite and it was absolutely worth it. The bed was huge and the room had a lot of space. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was lovely. We are definitely thinking of coming back soon.
