The staff went above and beyond, we stayed for 5 days and checked in late on arrival, they were most welcoming and we felt safe and looked after they do dinner service too with the menu by the front door or there is a little pizzeria in town otherwise you have to drive to inca or other restaurants in the area overall 5 stars purely on service and the building itself has heaps of character! Big thank you for the breakfast service :) Room to park and quiet time by the pool outstanding!

An absolutely amazing location, invaluable charm, and service. Lovely room, with amenities and breakfast. Truly felt like we found an absolute gem, away from all the busy cities and towns.

Expected to leave a perfect review, but rather leaving warning for items either misplaced or stolen by staff. We happened to take pictures/video inside the room, while getting dressed and ready to go out; as such we could see a jewelry bag clearly visible on the desk on the second morning of our stay, in the video. When we came back later that evening, the small bag was clearly missing. Inquiries within the establishment that evening, or next morning (when we were leaving) were left unanswered. Disappointed, in otherwise beautiful space.

Very nice stay, very friendly staff. The bed in our initial room was very old and not comfortable, when we mentioned we were offered another room which was very comfortable. Enough space, good bed, and good shower. Exactly as on the pictures. Breakfast was good, with eggs made to request.

The location is relaxed, very quiet town in the middle of the island. There is not much to do in the area, so you'd need to drive for most things. For cycling probably a perfect starting point.

If you want peace and best sleeping then you've find your place. Hotel is placed in sweet old town Mancor de la Vall. 5km after the near town of Inca. Just 10min of driving and you're on the highway. Location is perfect if you're by car. In 30min you're in Palma. 30 min are also beaches in the east. The furthest were beaches in the south and they are 1h drive away. Parking is free for the guests of the hotel. Hotel is family owned and managed. Rooms are spacious and have that old "spanish casa" style. Bathroom is one of the largest we've seen with double vanity and shower and bathtub. Breakfast is based on "swedish table" and every day is the same. Since we're early risers we've asked for lunch boxes and they have made us lovely ones. We're really thankfull for that. They serve dinner with 2 different option day. Meals are like from the best restaurants. Young man has a great coolinary future. As a great chef he already is he make very tastefull meals. We've enjoyed everyone of them. Special thanks to a girl whose family own the hotel. You were very helpfull and easy to connect. We'll recommend this hotel to all our friends.

The location is amazing, so quiet & so beautiful, great for escaping the crazy urban life. The garden is great for having breakfast, or in the evening for a glass of wine. The style is very nice, old-traditional. Staff really friendly. The pool is so nice, so grateful they let us use it during the night. Great wine. Rooms were big & comfy. A bit difficult with the stairs but manageable. Parking included (use it with Google Maps, not Waze).

Breakfast has very limited options but was tasty. You get tired for more than two days with same food. Also, the windows were really small, it was hard getting fresh air into the room.

This Hotel offers a peaceful, calming surrounding in a beautiful old traditional Mallorcan old town. The old House has a very calming charm. The breakfast and the dinner are super delicious with a nice variety! The rooms are truly comfortable. Just everything you need for a relaxing stay!

The hotel is family rubbed business, it’s amazing. They kept the authentic old style of the rooms with modern open screen bathrooms. The pool is maintained it’s very private, the area is quiet and feels natural. the people are absolutely amazing. I recommend 1000% to have dinner there - it’s really high quality food with amazing balance of tastes. The people are so kind, genuine always there to help!

Very good breakfasts; pleasant, most efficient and friendly staff. Sympathetic conversion of an historic and attractive old house.

Shower/WC/ basin area very small and not separated from the room. Bed mattress very sensitive to movements. No drawer storage (in room 8)

Friendly atmosphere, very helpful and attentive staff, clean friendly pool area, excellent breakfast and good evening meals, wonderful location.

None of the literature advised of the inaccessibility of the hotel. There were a lot of steps which my disabled wife struggled with. Fortunately, the family staff team were very helpful and understanding

A peaceful family owned hotel with a wonderful sense of history. Well appointed room, very clean and comfortable. Great pool. The breakfasts were delicious and the dinners were the best we have experienced.
