Pillow was good as it was medium soft hardness. The mattress was also good, not soft and sinking. Overall the condition of the place is very good. The caretaker lady and her husband were very helpful in helping to guide and give information. Kudos to the owner for providing a good mattress and pillows which are very important for a good rest and sleep. Also for engaging very helpful people to take care cleanliness of the property. I definitely will come again. Also highly recommended for family and friends stay.

When we arrived in the evening, we were lucky to watch the magnificent beautiful sunset from the balcony and the co-host was friendly to help us take the photos. The house is cleaner than I expected. It's cosy and comfortable. It comes with a gym room and swimming pool too. Taiping Lake is just nearby. The owner provided the kitchen utensils and all the useful kitchen appliances. You can even watch YouTube videos via the TV! It's suitable for families or a group of people.

There's no water in the flush cistern of the bathroom. Maybe there's something wrong with the pump.

the car parking is the only minus for this property. felt really difficult to park the car out the location. it's not safe for girls. plss consider about the parking lot in block A

This is a spacious apartment for the 6 people we had and tastefully decorated to international standards. The beds including the singles are firm with quality double pillows. The bathroom floor towels are definitely useful for the Malaysian wet bathrooms. Generally clean but some minor mold can be seen in the bathrooms. The dual grill microwave was quite useful too. The views over much of Taiping was the main selling point, including the straits of Malacca at the far horizon on a good day. There is a view of the old cemetary from the balcony which adds to the unqueness but some find that aspect uncomfortable. We love the sound of the jungle and waterfalls and the natural landscape at the back of the apartment. Nonetheless it looks like some logging or development is starting to take place on the hill which means the natural landscape may one day be altered which will be a shame. The parking is not covered so can be a problem if it rains but otherwise not that far from the entrance, about 50m away. We had an Alphard which was not a problem with parking. One can always drop off passengers or luggage first near the entrance before parking. Seelan the co-host is helpful and yes, he does return the cash deposit if there is no damage caused!

One of the toilets was leaking quite significantly at the inlet and kept the bathroom wet, not to mention wasted water. The shower head at the shared bathroom kept sliding down the rail as the lock mechanism appears to be malfunctioning. The smallest room with single beds could do with some clothes rail to hang clothes and towels. There is a big temporary patch repair on the sofa due to a tear previously. The playground at the ground level has been placed out of bounds and looks dirty so not any good for kids to use.

Newly renovated unit

The parking is very complicated as we arrived at raining night, the instruction from the guard is not clear, we ended need to go up and down to the guard post to make sure we parked at the right spot. Please prepare umbrella if you come during raining season. The maintenance of the building is very poor. The lift with sound and at least two of the lift the control panel is open.

The view from the balcony is superb. Spacious balcony, house and rooms. Just next to the mountain, cooling temperature, fresh air. Has 2 waterfalls next to the car park. Away from the busy-ness of the town. Close to Taiping Lake.

Some spots of the apartment that are not touched everyday are dusty. No curtain belt to hold the curtain open. The extra mattress tucked away in the wardrobe is dirty, please check.

Comfortable and clean house. The guard and the PIC (Ms Kala) are very helpful. Perfect to those prefer private area.

The parking lot for the house was way to far (low level) even has lift (not convenient for elderly), if staying for 1 night may ask the guard house for visitor parking (have to pay for overnight parking)

It was a lovely apartment. Clean. Great view of Taiping town. The family that takes care of the place was good too. Will consider coming again. And hope to book the same apartment again. As there a many parties also advertising the same block but with different fancy names. So one needs to be careful. Cause you don't know what you will get until you are there.

All was good. A ceiling fan or a stand fan at the dinning area would be good. Otherwise Great.

Spacious contemporary accommodation with good quality decor and furnishings. Backing onto lush green hill slope. Panoramic city view from balcony on 15th floor.

Hair shampoo not provided in the free toiletries. Slight problem with tiny red ants in kitchen area on our arrival. Weak flow of water from the shower in the bathroom at the front.
