Close to the medieval centre of Troyes - about 8-10 minutes walk to lots of restaurants. There was a bar service available in reception. Staff member who greeted us was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast (at an additional cost).

We had two rooms - a twin on the ground floor that was spacious and quite pleasant while the double was very small and dated with a window that opened out out onto a building site. We were just passing through Troyes on an overnight stop, so it didn't bother us too much.

Location of hotel, helpfulness/friendliness of staff. Briliant location for arrival by train and proximity to town centre for sightseeing and restaurants

bedroom and toilet were rather cramped. Fan provided was inadequate. No lift and very tight stairs. Parking availability greatly appreciated - however, as mentioned in other reviews, the underground parking was difficult to access from road outside and concrete columns for the 3 available hotel spaces were very difficult to negotiate even with a small car. Anything larger than a Seat Ibiza would have been impracticable. Would not suit nervous driver!

Great place to stay. Bedroom, bathroom, breakfast, everything was fine. The staff was very helpful. Beside the train station (around the corner).

No lift but they can bring your suitcase upstairs if you ask. Breakfast closes early at 9.30 am. Might be an inconvenient for some people (not me).

They had a secure place to store our bicycles and allowed us to store them after we had checked out. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was diverse and excellent. The location is convenient for visiting the old town or catching a train.

My only complaint was that the ground floor room which was conveniently adjacent to our bicycles had no means of ventilation. The room became a bit stuffy.

The hotel was in a great location and ideal for visiting Troyes, the hotel also allowed us to park our bikes in their courtyard for security which was appreciated.

The hotel was a little tired but I assume its location means it is well-used, the staff were accommodating and overall I thought the hotel was good value for money

There was a nice variety of food on offer at breakfast. They had gluten free bread for me.

The car park must be small because we had to find a place at the side of the street which was a little stressful, although it was free until 9am which fitted in well with us.

The room is very compressed (it is tiny), but they manage to fit a good size bed, desk, and luggage rack in the room. The hotel room was very clean. The breakfast was very nice. The location is good.

There was major construction right outside my window during my visit, but I suppose that is temporary and not the hotel's fault.

This is out second visit to this hotel the location is great for the city centre being 5/10 min walk into the old town where the bars and restaurants are. The staff were extremely helpful, letting us park out motorbike in a secure area inside the hotel. The rooms are simply decorated and the bed very comfortable. Can recommend a stay here for a couple of nights on your way back to Uk or way out to the south.

The location was convenient in a close proximity to the town centre. The receptionist was professional, friendly and helpful. The family room was clean, well-ventilated, comfortable and spacious (especially the bathroom).

It was a bit tricky to find the secure parking but explanatory instructions were given.

The ease of checking in, the parking right outside, comfy beds, the large family bath and the breakfast.

The smell as we entered the room that just didn’t leave despite the windows being open. The carpeting in the whole area felt dirty.
