Wow! We liked everything! From the entrance, staff uniform and greetings from reception continue with extraordinary room design and everything inside of it (the shower gel and shampoo they have is something special!). The hotel building itself looks like piece of art and inside garden is also magical. Definitely will come back again. And want to stay in another hotels from that group. The location is right next to the seafront and close to the old city center and famous squares (the walk to new part of the city with skyscrapers will take around 40 min or 10 min by car). Don’t worry about bunk beds (I was in the beginning) they are comfortable enough.

None but it was so sad that we couldn’t stay longer and enjoy the rooftop pool opening that was coming in few days. The only complain is our lunch in hotel restaurant - not all the dishes were good (we enjoyed burger but Mac and cheese was too dry) but interior is nice and we heard only good about their breakfast.

Aesthetically a beautiful hotel with a great vibe and mostly excellent staff. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Old Batumi, with all main attractions easily reachable on foot. Highly recommended for a stay here.

Overall, it was a great experience, but a few minor discomforts are worth mentioning: 1. Several pool loungers were occupied by hotel towels for 4–5 hours without actual use, and the receptionist did not assist in resolving the issue. It would be helpful to review the policy on reserving loungers, as all guests pay for access to the pool and should be able to use the facilities fairly. 2. Some of the electrical outlets in room didn’t work properly. 3. The in-room bar was expected to be a refrigerator, but it was just a cabinet with warm beverages and sweets.

Amazing view and pool, great location, good breakfast, good to have natural wines in restaurants and bars. Great food quality in The Kitchen restaurant. Some of staff members are just awesome, lively and kind. Of course great interior & exterior design (didn't expect anything else from Rooms). Pleasure to have Grown Alchemist goods instead of boring Priya =)

The quality of finishing and lighting in rooms are below 5 star standards and also feels worse than in other Rooms and Stamba hotels. For instance, there're technical marks left on beautiful wooden panels. Staff is really trying to do their best, that's good, but still a lot of things to improve: waiters can forget or mix your order, very unwelcoming (even creepy) cleaning ladies in hallways. Plus we were hurried up to check out at 11:50 (10 min before official checkout) which I never experienced in 5 star hotel before. I stayed in every Rooms and Stamba hotels and unfortunately it feels that experience in Rooms Batumi is slightly less cool as in other adjara group places. That's especially confusing giving the fact other hotels of Rooms chain rated as 4 stars while Batumi is 5.

Overall the room was great and stylish, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and large ( I’m 181cm and I’ve fit with a lot space left ), the balcony and interior was wonderful, the supplies was more then enough. The only three thing was not comfortable - the light switches was really not obvious and especially the one for the shower ( there is only timer and it is really long ) - the shower locker was quite tricky and really hard to close if you have a sausages instead of finger like me - the shower room sealing is quite bad under the door, there was a little puddle after every use

Staff could be more friendly

The staff are well-trained. They are friendly, welcoming, and professional. There’s a little hiccup that I have mistakenly chosen the wrong number of people staying when booking(1 instead of 2), but I did pay for two breakfast. The reception was quick to react and fixed it right away. Both of us were able to enjoy a lovely breakfast next morning. By the way, I absolutely love love love the breakfast there. The room was comfortable and I had probably the best sleep during the trip there.

During the winter, the pool is closed, so we are not able to get to the top floor to enjoy the beautiful view of the Black Sea. That’s a pity.

The staff were fantastic and the check in experience was smooth. They even upgraded our room for my birthday and provided a late check in. The design of the hotel and rooms are really unique. The Location is great for exploring the city centre.

The roof terrace and pool were closed for maintenance, which is one of the main reasons we booked it and we were not informed before or at check in, only when we enquired. As it was raining the time we were there it didn't really matter but I would have been disappointed had the weather been good!

The room was really comfortable and beautifully furnished. The city view rooms are quiet although the balconies are quite small. The breakfast has a reasonable selection for two or three days but may become boring if you were there for a week. The pool is really lovely, not too busy when we visited in late September. Good pool bar and good availability of beds and chairs.The fifth floor restaurant has a good selection. The staff are really helpful, probably the best customer service we had in Georgia, friendly but not corporate.

Batumi is a difficult place to reach at conventional times and so more flexibility with early check in and late check out would be good.

This hotel has a really unique and beautiful lay-out, which made it a lovely experience. The staff and nice room made us feel right at home. The location is perfect too, very close to many great restaurants, the city centre and the beach. In addition to this you get access to the swimming pool on the rooftop terrace, which is incredible. It was so good, we ended up spending a whole day relaxing at the pool. The restaurant and breakfast are also really good!

With its atrium and huge open spaces, the hotel has a unique vibe. Rooms are stylishly decorated and exceptionally large. Rooftop restaurant serves decent food with nice views. Breakfast is excellent, with lots of variety. Location is great.

Not the cheapest hotel in Batumi, but you get what you pay for. The hotel doesn't offer parking. We managed to find nearby street parking, but I imagine this would not be an easy task in the high season.
