Studio Style apartment providing 2 separate bedrooms and a self contained Living/Kitchen with breakfast bar. Parking close to apartments/room

Paid parking. when the hotel is so far from Monterey centre Complementary dish soap, and cloth would be nice to complement the kitchen provided. Missed breakfast as it ends at 9.00. For a holiday/vacation, this is little too early. 9:30 / 10:00 might be better. Coffee Machine in the room could be cleaner, Was scaled and looked grubby. Under the flight path for the local airport.

Room was open and easily accessible

The free breakfast was good but ended at 9am rather than 10am listed on Booking.com so some guests missed out.

The hotel is next to a noisy highway. And they haven't built a noise-absorbing wall from the highway side. Noise all day long. It's good that I got apartments that are in the inner space of the complex for this stay. And the noise from the highway wasn't so loud. I recommend building a noise-absorbing wall from the highway side. Another minus. The doors to the apartments also don't keep out the noise. You can hear your neighbors coming in or out. Which is also unpleasant to hear when you're enjoying your vacation.

James was amazing and so helpful meeting my needs and making sure it was budget friendly, Britanny was as also very helpful when making sure we had a room that was fitting for our needs and our comfort level . I loved how the images online matched the in person view . It was amazing to actually be able to know I’m getting what I see online . The area was so nice and quite we haven’t rested that well in a long time we slept so much we almost missed breakfast a few times . The breakfast was amazing and there was a small park down the block that was just so nice to visit end of the day Highly reccomend and I feel sonesta suites will hold a special place in my heart for years to come

Some rooms in the back are closed to the freeway so they tend to be a bit noisy but the front of the complex has such nice quite rooms

Our reservation was what made our little trip complete and hassle free. There is nothing worse than when u have issues regarding your room or parking, etc. That wasn't the case. We never e perienced any concerns with our reservation. Also, I want to point out that Brittany, who worked the front desk, was so helpful and very customer oriented.

I don't t like that my cc is still pending for a deposit. I have never experienced that before. Card on file in the event, but this is still showing "pending" on my account.

The staff were all pleasant, helpful and quick to task.

I found a vape pen, lube and a tube with what I assume was cocaine in it along the side of our bed as I was retrieving my phone that had fallen. I didn’t complain to management because it was it their fault however housekeeping could have vacuumed more thoroughly in order to fix those items before we were moved in.

Didn’t try the breakfast as it finishes at 9am and that’s to early. The Studio rooms are a good size and well equipped for what I needed.

Would not recommend staying here if you are on holiday, especially if you don’t have a car. It’s no where near the beach or any grocery shops. In fact, there is nothing to do outside the complex. I spent an absolute fortune on getting UBERs everywhere.

Really great value for money option, large quiet room on the ground floor with full kitchen. Had a basketball court (in good working order with basketball :-) , a pool and and spar pool as well as a central grassed area with a fire pit .. all in all very good. Breakfast (6-9) was included and was excellent , full cooked, plus fruit, cereal,pancakes, toast and bagels.

Room could have been a little lighter , but a problem with all hotels in my view, not really that close to Huntington Beach.

What I DIDNT like was YOUR description of my room being completely fake and not even an option at the hotel. Under the room description and room amenities you had listed a hot tub IN THE ROOM. I send a message confirming this was true and somebody from BOOKING.COM responded that the room did intact have a hot tub and that is what I was paying $240 for. Upon arrival there was no such room at this property. NO rooms had hot tubs there!

All of the confusion and waste of monet YOU cost me by posting inaccurate room details.

It’s clean and has everything for a long stay.

Could use a little update. There was a lot of patch work done which can be visible. Sofa bed is not comfortable at all. Hair dryer is an issue with most hotels so I’m not too fussy about it. Also very noisy at night.
