It's very difficult to write a review for this hotel. Because it's not just an ordinary hotel, it's more. It's a gem, an experience of classy and elegance, and things made with passion and heart. Let's say a great private parking. A very friendly and supportive staff. The building is an all new renovated villa. Very clean and elegant and decorated with style. Rooms are big enough very confortable. A special note for the courtyard, a wonderfull place to stay and relax. Breakfast with quality products for all tastes. The terrace with late bar and the restaurant are just wonderfull. This villa is about elegance, quiet, style. I wish to come back for a longer period. Thank you for everything you've done.

We spent a very pleasant 5 nights at this hotel in May. our visit was before the main summer season begins as a result the more modern part of the hotel was shut while some building work was being undertaken and some facilities were not yet open, but this had no impact on our requirements, and so we did not see this as a negative. The hotel is set in very pleasant gardens, with extensive sea views which can be enjoyed over one of the best breakfasts we've encountered. The Villa is about 3k to the west of the town centre. This can be reached on foot either along the road, with cafes, shops and life to entertain, or along the route now in place of the former rail line. Both made pre and post dinner exercise a pleasure. Our room, in the villa, was clean and comfortable, if a little compact. But the view was quite special. We would happily return and recommend to other travellers.

Magnificent location, beautiful villa. Seems like it has been recently renovated. Rooms are clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. Their garden is territory is like a small botanical garden with breathtaking sea view. Only 30 min walk to Sanremo city centre and about 5 to the beach. Great breakfast as for 3 stars with jazz music in the restaurant. ✨ They offer omelets and other variations of full European breakfast. Not just croissants and coffee. But you will find them too. Friendly and helpful staff.

They do not have an iron. Even per request. I understand that this is a 3*, but having at least one iron for guests would be great.

This is a new property. A very large, villa and grounds that has recently been renovated as a hotel. The staff were great – very friendly, and helpful.

Well, it’s a very minor point, but I was surprised to have paper cups in my room. Seemed incongruous with the high quality of the rest of the decor

It is super new and beautiful ! Parking & location so close to the seaside, nice walk to Sanremo ! Not so many people which makes it relaxing and romantic ! Cleaning and changing towels everyday was lovely

Breakfast is always the SAME ! What if guests stay longer and it get really annoying . The contraction did not bother us be cause we stayed in the main building but I can imagine it being a problem. Showers need to be changed and renovated already ! It is not only too small it is also very badly done

The hotel is beautiful and has so much character. Parking was good on a piece of gravelled land just to the side and access is through electronically controlled gates. Leila was so helpful and spoke excellent English. There wasn’t a full time bar person but she was happy to get us wine and indeed bring it to the room. The staff were friendly and happy to help. The sea view was gorgeous and watching the sunrise was very special.

The air conditioner in the room wasn’t very effective during the hot night but that’s all I have negative to say.

The place has free ample parking which is on site. That is a big plus for us since parking is very challenging in all the cities we've visited. The parking here is perfect. You will have ample space to maneuver your car without worrying that you will hit another car. Ideal for Americans who are so used to wide open spaces and wide/giant parking and being stressed driving and parking in narrow spaces in Europe. The room is modern and very clean. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended.
