My recent stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton was exceptionally pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The modern and vibrant design of the hotel immediately creates a welcoming atmosphere. My suite was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed with ample space and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable extended stay, including a fully equipped kitchen area. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and healthy options, a significant convenience that truly enhances the guest experience. The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism and genuine hospitality, always ready to assist with a smile. The common areas, including the fitness center and laundry facilities, were also well-maintained and easily accessible. The indoor pool is the "draw"/reason I booked there (as I did last yr at this same time)& it did not disappoint. Also the GM was very helpful with my "check in" however I'm just now noticing that on my "guest folio" there's definitely an incorrect (home/perm) "address" for me! It has me living in Amsterdam and I've never traveled to there, ever.

My friend noticed "a bug" while she was packing up to leave and it fell to the floor but evidently she missed "squashing" it on the floor with her shoe. Also the pull handle (which was a "faux" pull) on the bathroom sink was found half dangling our 2nd am. If it came "unhinged" with my friend's inadvertent use, I was not aware of this.

We spent over a week at this hotel with our two kids and our pets during the Helene Hurricane. This was definitely the nicest hotel we stayed in the Carolina’s. They have a 2 pet policy that does require a fee but it is one fee for the entire stay. The place was clean and in working order. When we had issues staff was very quick to repair them. Full kitchen with dishes, towels, dish soap, microwave, dishwasher, and full fridge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The room was clean and had lots of storage so it didn’t feel crowded with all of our baggage. There’s lots in the area to do with your gamily. There’s a mall down the street with an arcade and escape room. It’s also very close to the Carowinds.

The pool is very small and fills up quickly with small children. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub. They increased their price to +$300 / night during the weekend of the hurricane.

The bed was comfortable

While it seems like they have tried to make the decor seem modern, it was all very cheap and falling apart. The couch in the room was full of large stains; making it feel very dirty. Just needs to be cleaned. Probably would have made the whole room feel better. While the place was generally clean, the whole place gave the impression of an old hotel trying to put on a modern face, but trying to do it on the cheap. Probably will not book again.

Nice, clean, well equipped hotel and great location. This was our only hotel stay on a 2 day drive from Canada to Naples, Florida.

We had a mixup with our room key and the written room number on the card holder which caused us to try to enter the door of an already occupied room of another couple. Awkward situation and a 10 minute delay on checking in to our room while staff gave us the correct room assignment matched to the keys. Also, we were given a handicapped room which was not requested or were we advised of prior to room entry.

Your people are so friendly, especially the morning crew. I wish I could have stayed longer, but we are on a long road trip. The setup would be perfect for extended stays. I am a property manager and value the effort it takes to maintain a chery attitude towards guests. The crew you have worked great together.

Nothing that I didn't like. Just an observation, I wished you had a small mirror for doing makeup in the bathroom for those of us with aging eyes.

The room was EXCEPTIONAL and the hotel was very clean. I especially liked having paper towels and hand soap readily available. I did not have to bring my own. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the extra storage space and the FULL sized refrigerator/freezer. I prefer a late checkout time. Noon was perfect. I did not have to request extra time.

The breakfast options could have been better. I would like to have had sausages and/or bacon provided with the grits and eggs. The biscuit sandwiches were hard as rocks.

Staff, availability, location. Staff was nice and helpful with any request. Location is close to family that we came to visit. Rooms were large enough to support the number of people we brought.

Breakfast wasn't all that good and ran out frequently and showers ran out of hot water and little pressure. Understand the desire to be "green" but a little too much on the showers.

It was comfortable with a mini kitchen and living area. Honestly, it was too much for the amount of time we spent in the room, but if you are in town for work and need a home away from home this would be perfect

The staff was friendly. The lady at check in was new but very helpful. The room was clean except for the divider curtain. I’m not sure what was on it but it appeared to be blood? Not sure, we just didn’t touch it.

Staff, location, comfort, breakfast and amenities in the rooms were highlights!!

Walls are paper thin - you can hear conversations. Being that we had a family of 5, TV wall placement can be mounted on the wall along with a larger size TV. Also the beds were very comfortable but pillows too soft. Not a deal breaker though
