Loved this property. After 3 weeks of travel we walked into our room (jnr suite) and just said Wow! Best place we have stayed at this trip. Wish we could stay longer. The views over the vineyards were stunning and the room very comfortable. It had everything for the perfect stay. Great bed. Lg smart tv. Nespresso machine. Great shower and bathroom. Balcony which would be better used in summer but was lovely. Easy parking and entrance for mobility challenged. Emma at check in was fabulous. Bar and snacks were great. Breakfast wonderful. Peaceful and quiet but easy access to Epernay and Wine area. Thoroughly recommend.

Be careful where google maps/gps takes you to get there!! It took us over some complex but beautiful cross country travel tracks, but there is an easier way.

We booked to stay for our honeymoon as we got engaged in Reims, beautiful remote location with vineyards as far as the eye can see. Hotel is very modern. Staff were friendly. Breakfast does get very busy but staff are very attentive at refilling everything. We drove which made it easier to get in to epernay but other times we got an uber which was only around €15. Definitely recommend doing the champagne tour with Jean Marniquet that the hotel works with only €15.

The hotel bar is a little expensive compared to some bars in town but I guess a drink in the beautiful surroundings add a little to the cost. The rooms are pretty dark, which is lovely at night for a drink on the balcony but in the day it’s pretty hard to get ready!

The hotel's location is beautiful, in the middle of the vineyards of the tiny village of Mutigny. The view from the Spa is beautiful and relaxing. On Saturday morning, they offered a free tour through the vineyards, which was nice. It's easy to visit Epernay and Reims. Breakfast buffet is great. We booked half board since there is no restaurant in walking distance.

The room was a little bit dark and one day cleaning was done at 5.30 pm. The hotel was fully booked on Friday because of a big group, so the swimming pool was too crowded and at breakfast the staff had a hard time refilling the buffet and there was a shortage of tables. Not very relaxing considering it is a Spa hotel. We booked half board, but for certain dishes they charge extra money. If you stay longer than 2 or 3 days the menu is a little bit limited.

The Loisium property is a beautiful modern escape in an absolutely picturesque location. It was a pleasure to stay here for 3 nights on our recent European vacation. The staff were excellent and the common areas (spas, pool, bar) were great! Our room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great, with a wide selection of items to enjoy. If you are to stay here, i would highly recommend having your own car as it is not close to anything (a pro and a con!).

We had a room with a beautiful view over the pool and vineyard However, this also came with a lack of privacy Those lounging at the pool could see well into our room which made for some uncomfortable moments. The bathrooms were also poorly lit and those with vision issues might struggle to see. I’d also avoid the restaurant for dinner as it’s very expensive and below par - best to drive into Reims/Epernay etc. for a better dining experience.

Staying here has been an absolute dream! In the Middle of the vineyards, That you can see from every room in the hotel. Walking on the treadmill while looking at the vineyards, eating breakfast while looking at the vineyards, swimming or drinking champagne while looking at the vineyards, this place is absolutly perfect! Its very clean, the pool is heated, the bed is great and the restaurant is also very good! The staff is extremly friendly and will do everything to make your stay as good as possible. It will not be a question IF i come back, but when!

Nothing!

Breakfast was very good, huge selection of both hot and cold food always being replenished. Room and view from room was amazing, the pool was great.

I wish we had been informed that there was a menu at the bar that was different from the restaurant menu, we assumed that the guests eating on the terrace were choosing that option but in fact they were eating from a different menu to the restaurant menu which would have been good to consider as we eat on two occasions in the restaurant. Also I would have loved teh pool being opened earlier than 8am so I could have indulged in an early morning pre breakfast swim, but guess the timing was to preserve quietness for rooms close by the pool

A beautifully designed hotel that is perfectly architecturally integrated into the surroundings of vineyards and a small forest. The room was spacious with all the necessary contents and a beautiful view of the vineyard. The mattress and pillows are comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is great for showering. Maintenance and cleaning daily. The internet was fast and reliable. Delicious breakfast with a huge selection of food and drinks and of course with a view of the vineyards :) . Friendly and helpful staff. The parking lot is big. We didn't have time to visit the large pool and SPA center, but it looks beautiful. We enjoyed both our stay in this hotel and the tours of the surrounding champagne producers.

super nice architecture; very nicely furnished rooms. Super-good breakfast. plenty of park space. Pool area lovely. The view over the Val d‘Or and the vinyards was stunning. We‘d book it again if prices do not go furthr up.

We had to wait for the check-in until 4pm which is rather unusual and strangely we could not make the paper work beforehand. We had to wait until 4pm sharp to get into the room. Staff in general young and unexperienced; this is OK but only if it‘s reflected in the price. Unfirtunately it‘s not. Portion size to be rethought. I had asparagus as a starter for 20 Eur and there where 5 pcs on the plate. When I complained about this they brought another 5 pcs which was a nice gesture but overall should not happen. I saw the next day that they had 7 asperagus on the plate right away.

The front office staff is excellent, very service minded, good communication skills and this team deserves a 10 from 10 score.

Breakfast is decent but fairly basic. The selection of cheeses and cold cuts could be more extensive, and the service during breakfast felt mostly functional – correct, but lacking any real sense of warmth or hospitality. Another point worth mentioning is that some F&B items come with an additional charge, such as champagne at breakfast and certain dishes during dinner. This gives the impression of cutting corners in the wrong places. My suggestion: slightly increase the base price and offer a complete, high-quality product without making guests feel like extras come at every turn.

Nice relaxed environment. Room was lovely. The window seat in the room was a lovely spot to sit and look out at the view and enjoy champagne. Overall the setting was nice.

It is very expensive - food & drinks. For an establishment that promotes itself as champagne/wine hotel, there was very limited choices by the glass. The “spa bar” which is meant to service the pool area as well was very poorly run. Our second day there, it didn’t open at all (understaffed we were told). Considering we chose this establishment to purely sit around the pool and chill, we were very disappointed. In general staff lacked that “service” orientated attitude.
