The room felt spacious, having a table and chairs for meals. The bed was comfortable. There were several light configurations, which gave nice soft lighting if wanted. Daily towel change and vacuum by housekeeping. Staff friendly. I liked the rough floor in the bathroom and especially the shower, as some accommodation shower floor is quite slippery.

Bring your own toilet paper as room has what feels like single ply toilet rolls. No daily bed making, which I personally don't have an issue with. Close to a road that has heavy trucks until late if a light sleeper.

Very pleasant room and appointments. Very comfortable bed. Easy driving access to where I needed to go the next day. The gentleman at reception was very pleasant and friendly. For my needs it was an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

The plumbing in the shower was a bit noisy with using the hot tap. Personally I didn't like the plastic cover over the tablecloth, but I understand the reason. As I have special dietary needs I took my own food and did not use the restaurant.

Very clean rooms, excellent hosts

Didn’t like booking.com take funds from our credit card 2 days prior to us getting to Grafton, not sure how they reconcile that with free cancellation 24 hours prior to the booking date. The other thing as far as we were concerned is we prefer to pay cash but understand that a credit card may be used as security for no-shows.

Our hosts were lovely. Had room service for dinner and very good. The bathroom was my biggest concern before arriving but loved the completely non slip floor, accessibility and modern glassed in shower.

I had my 96 yr old mother with a walker. The gutter from the car park to the veranda was too high and had to get inventive to get her over it. There were no slopes or ramps.

There was no breakfast, but we had no trouble getting that a short distance away. However we were impressed with the Motel's own Restaurant and we had superb evening meals and service after our arrival.

Just having the availability of breakfast at the motel’s restaurant would have been perfect.

A little dated as are almost all Motels but all important facilities updated. Flooring, bathroom, bed all new with large modern TV.

They give you those tiny little long life milk capsules rather than a small fresh milk.

Manager was friendly & helpful. Clean & tidy, bed & pillows were comfortable. Location was okay as just travelling through.

Fridge is getting old, could not put bottled water in door shelf etc, towels very old & need updating. For the price expected more then other motels we had stayed in for less but better.

The motel is an oldish one but very clean and maintain bed linen is high quality and beds are comfortable I worked for the airline and stayed in Mendy hotels but the Espana was a surprise.the lady at reception was over helpful all in all its a 10 out of 10 and i would stay again

Not a thing

Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was good for what I needed. It wasn't too noisy even though it was on a main road. I had a steak at the restaurant, and it was cooked exactly how I asked it to be. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

The manager is nice and welcoming! The check in and out process is simple. The room is big enough for me. The room and toilet are clean and tidy, and toiletries are all provided. It is a quiet area for a short stay between journeys.

Nothing really. The location is a bit out of town, but with driving, is all good 👍
