The staff was wonderful and courteous. Special mention for Given (the manager who hosted us all through our stay, right from check-in to taking our orders at the restaurant) and Winne (our attendant at breakfast time who was always pleasant). Even Deneys, the owner dropped by to see us to make sure our stay was comfortable. The food was great. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We booked a morning safari through the resort which was wonderful as well!

Spacious bathroom, quadbikes, target shooting and the staff attending to our complaints quickly.

My fridge, shower head and coffee machine weren't working, had to report. Improvements in conducting their inventory is needed. Restaurant closes early so we had to drive somewhere else and struggled to access the exit.

I loved everything about the property from staff to the rooms. I have never been to a place where we were treated as if we were the only guests( at that time they were fully booked). They paid attention to every little detail. I am definitely recommending The Reserve and will definitely go back.

I cannot fault anything it’s the best

Super friendly staff, exceptional dinner ( filet steak and chicken curry) The room was fantastic, king size bed and a bathroom for a queen! Directly at the river, lovely night sounds.

You can see the place had better days. The back terrace of the restaurant looks neglected, parts on the building fell off.

The food was great, as well as the location. It was peaceful and perfect for a romantic getaway. Close to a lot of activities and the staff was friendly.

The room was not touched up (dusty) when we checked in and had spider webs on the windows.

The place is central and the games are on the same premises. The bed was very comfy and the rooms are very spacious, close to the stream. The balcony is spacious with a stream view

The swimming pool was full with the day visitors and the parking doesn't have shelter and my car was dirty because of the rain

Spacious clean rooms, with very comfortable beds. Easy to book different kinds of adventures straight from the hotel. Beautiful picturesque plush surroundings, offering serenity & quiet.

Very comfortable room in a lovely tropical setting. Breakfast was delicious and even provided us with snack box breakfast on the morning we left before sunrise on a Kruger Safari.

There is no privacy between the rooms and it’s quite disturbing especially at night
