The property is very clean and welcoming. Extremely well arranged, you can do the check in and check out very easily and independently. The owner is always available and very kind. The house is very well renovated, and there is great attention to details. As soon as you enter in the house lobby, you can feel it smells amazing. The room was clean, well decorated and equipped with washing machine, kitchen and hair dryer. There is also free parking inside the building with automatic gate. The house is very close to the center, you can walk there. It takes approximately 10 minutes.  We were very satisfied and we will definitely come back if we will visit Brasov again .

Great location in Brasov, only a 15 minute walk to the old town and Council Square. Host was very helpful with messages and check in and out easy. The Haus and our room was lovely which included a kitchenette which was handy for when we wanted a quick breakfast before getting out early to Bran Castle and Libearty near sanctuary- both great places to visit. Daniela also recommended some restaurants for us to try in Brasov on our stay - we booked one of the Italians Dei Frati which was great.

We booked two rooms: one double room which was very good. There was a heat wave when we stayed there and no AC in the double room. We asked for a fan and one was provided immediately. the other room was a family room - spacious and clean (with an AC).

The family room was built on the top floor of the building, under the roof. Therefor the ceiling was very low in large areas of the room and bathroom. There was only a small area where we could stand up straight (and we are not tall people at all)..

Located on a quiet street but still very close to the city center with spotless clean and beautifully decorated rooms (plus Christmassy staff during my stay in December) Nicholas Haus ticks all the boxes for a perfect holiday. My room (Number 2) had a well equipped kitchen and complimentary coffee and tea. Check in and check out are contactless but there is good communication with the owner in case you need something. I asked for an iron and an iron board before my arrival and I found them in my room when I entered. They offer early check in if possible and if you are like me, feeling cold all the time, they can adjust the room temperature for you. I really appreciated it.

Very professional approach to hosting tourists, you get informed in advance about the whole procedure. The yard had parking space, the whole property is properly secured, very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect as it is in a quieter hood, yet close to everything: 2 minute walk to the museum of the first Romanian school (a must visit hidden gem) and 10 minute walk to the historical center. Definitely will come by again on our next trip to Brasov

Location was good! Close to all the happenings of Brasov but far away to be quiet. View was perfect if you like spooky atmosphere. (we had a cemetery from the 1700s right outside our window :D) Comfort! Feel was on spot. Staff was perfect. All of my requests were taken care of within minutes!!!

We did find some garbage from the previous visitors but nothing serious.

This place exceeded our expectations. We had wanted something closer to the center, but also wanted parking so it was a trade off to be a little further away. This place was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, had private/secure parking (with a remote control gate which was amazing!), a wonderful espresso machine and a very friendly and exceptionally proactive and responsive Host. We didn't get our check in instructions due to a glitch w/ Booking.com (we actually received them the night before we left) and that caused a little stress on the front end, but a kind woman who worked there let us in when she heard us and got us to our room while moments later after we called the number on the booking detail and left a message, our Host returned the call and provided all of the detail. She proved to be extremely helpful, caring and accommodating throughout our stay.

It was actually very much as advertised - the pictures were accurate which doesn't always happen. We wished it would have been a bit closer to the center, however it was clear when we booked how far it was away so nothing was misrepresented. And, as it happens, the neighborhood was quite nice and we found a good restaurant that was walking distance. It was also nice and quiet. Other than that, the internet was a bit slow but nothing a Hot Spot on our phones couldn't resolve.

Host was kind enough to give us more pod for coffee (we stayed multiple nights). You can also boil water. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they had cameras and sensors. There was room for 4 cars at the location and the gate door was automatic. Everyone can receive their own gate remote. Glad it had a smart TV and we could cast the laptop's monitor onto it. Place is close enough to the old city center where you'll want to visit most likely anyway, decent walking distance.

Located in the Schei part of Brasov, Nikolas Haus is a lovely old house that has been beautifully restored. We stayed there several times and love it. Even the smallest room has a boiler, a coffee machine and a small fridge, and all the comfort one would need. The area is nice and quiet, and the first Romanian School is 3 minutes away.

Can’t think of anything that bothered me or could have been done better.

Our family of 5 (my husband, 3yr old daughter, myself and my in-laws) stayed here for 3 nights while in Brasov during our road-trip through Transylvania. We rented the delux apartment and the mountain view double. We loved our stay here! There was parking available on site and on nearby streets which made it easy to do day trips to nearby sites like Pelesh or Bran without having to hunt for parking when we got back. The guesthouse is in a pleasant residential neighborhood within easy walking distance of the hilltop or old town to see sites or get coffee, ice cream or a meal (there is also a nice playground about 10 mins walk). The guesthouse itself has been lovingly remodeled by the owners and our rooms were beautiful (full of light), quiet, comfortable and functional! We loved having a kitchen in each to cook breakfast and light suppers so we didn’t have to eat out every meal (and allowed for eating at different times since my in laws wake up very early 😉). The owners were very friendly and has great recommendations! We would definitely stay here again!
