We can highly recommend "Luiza". Very clean and comfortable rooms. It is located quite close to the center od Brasov. The room service was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty. Thank you for your hospitality!

The room is a typical hotel room but very clean and everything functioning as it should. Checking in and out was very easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's quite a way out and off a main road into the old town. However, the double glazing kept the noise out fine and traffic is minimal after, say, 10pm. It also meant it was a quick taxi ride (usually around 11 lei on Bolt) into the old town. I did walk it a several times: it's not impossible.

The location is ok, clean and close to the center. Staff is nice.

Close to the entrace they have tables and chair's outside. Group's were sitting there18-19 19-20 08 until 2 in the morning, talking, laughing, shouting and disturbing. Those tables should be moved elsewhere so as they are nor bisturbing the entire hotel. It is the hotel's responsibility to make sure that you at least can sleep.

The room had air conditioning but we had to pay extra to be allowed to use it! Sleeping with the window open was not an option for us as the hotel is on a busy road. The decor is clean but also old and tired. It looks like it was a long time since the last renovation. Breakfast is strictly rationed: one plate of food, one small coffee, one juice OR water. Extra drinks or food can be ordered from the café menu but have to be paid for. We found the mattress hard and it was the least comfortable we experienced in two weeks touring. My partner slept so badly that we sacrificed the second night we had already paid for and left after one night. As a generous concession we didn't have to pay for the second cup of coffee which we had consumed at breakfast.
