When I arrived with my cane, the young man behind the counter said that he was immediately changing my reservation from the second floor to the first floor. I really appreciated that. When we requested a second chair in our room, he found one for us. I don't know his name, but he should be commended.

I found 2 cheerios on the floor beside the bed next to the window. There was no clock in the room, so had to use the clock in my phone. Everything else was great.

A family member was going through a tough time, I set him up for a few nights. The front desk woman, was exceptionally kind, sensitive, helpful and patient with the situation. Thanks for everything! I will definitely give a 5 star Plus! The breakfast included was also helpful and utilized by the person in need.

All was wonderful! It goes to prove it don't have to be a fancy hotel to have a great experience!

The location is perfect if you don't have a vehicle. There are lots of amenities within a very short walking distance. What I enjoyed most about my stay is the staff, everyone that I interacted with was wonderful

The only thing I would have changed is the room I was in. I would have preferred to be on the second floor. Otherwise, no complaints at all

I am sure the breakfast was fine, but we didn't have time to try it out. We were in town for the holidays and visiting with our kids. Location was great and bed was very comfortable.

No elevator, very dated and we had a lot of luggage. There was no extra lock on our door, just an old chain, but nothing to hook it to.

The person at the hotel that day was very friendly and helpful. Went out of his way to get breakfast ready early when mentioned I had an early start.

The building and rooms seemed a little rundown, but the rooms were clean.

Didnt like you had to walk all around the facility and drag everything up stairs no elevator and doors was broken to get inside closest to the room.

Very good place to stay. Staff was always in Front Desk if we ne needed anything

Spent 3 days 8n and we didn't see anyone from housekeeping. Don't know if this is the norm in this chain since is the first time we stayed in this chain, but again, the staff at front desk was always there in case we needed anything.

Rooms and property were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. We will stay there again.

There was a problem with billing and the staff at Super * took care of it for me. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean.

The Dish for TV went out a couple of times. Even though it came back on in an half hour , that was frustrating.

This hotel was very nice and clean. Easy check in and out.Very nice rooms newly redone.Bed was very nice very comfortable.
