I had gotten a pet friendly room. unpond checking. I was told there was a fee for him of $20 Then, when I paid in cash, he wanted an extra 50$ on top of the $80. Room charge. So I was charged $70 , but after telling him I had no money after that, he waved the $50. I feel I was missed lead on pricing! Also, the heater in the room was very loud, blowes in your face all night

The bathtub floor was very slippery when wet being by myself I had to make sure my phone was in the bathroom with me when showering ! I ended up putting the floor mat in the bathtub to stop the skid of my feet ! So then used one of my drying towels on the floor out side the tub ! Which floor was also slippery when wet !

The location was great. Room was large and bed was comfortable.

The room was cold, even with the heat on. Maybe it was because it was on the ground floor, but normally I love to keep the room cooler, but in this case it was not warming up enough.

Friendly staff convenient my son from Appleton came to see us there and my sister from Madison We had a good time My son decided to stay over and the staff worked with him to get a room close to us

There was no coffee maker in the room.

The breakfast was great! I loved that we could get a room to accommodate a family of 5. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was great! The facilities were very nice, and it was wonderful to have nice towels by the pool.

Just that the hot tub was broken unfortunately.

Very friendly and responsive staff. They quickly fixed the issues we had with our room.

Undergoing remodeling so the hot tub didn't work the best and pool has a liner, but for the price, it was acceptable.

Great location, I felt very safe. I like how it was right off the freeway, very convenient. Had a nice variety of breakfast foods.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean. Breakfast was great.

The hotel itself could use some updating. The room wasn't very soundproof, I was could hear the neighbors upstairs. I didn't exactly feel 100% safe we triple locked the door while we were in the room.. The area around the hotel is pretty sketchy.

Meet with the owner during breakfast and he was very social liked his personality. Also it was comfortable and quiet
